Banyaknya karbon dioksida di atmosfer telah meningkat semenjak revolusi industri. Di Indonesia sendiri, perubahan iklim telah terjadi dengan indikasi berupa peningkatan suhu, perubahan pola curah hujan, perubahan hitergraf, dan perubahan klasifikasi Oldeman. Dalam aksi melawan perubahan iklim, Indonesia merupakan salah satu pemain utama cadangan karbon dunia. Melihat hal tersebut, ASDF Technology memutuskan untuk membuat sebuah produk bernama Ecotoo. Sebelum penelitian ini dimulai, tim penulis bersama dengan tim ASDF Technology telah mengembangkan Ecotoo dengan hasil berupa aplikasi web. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai jual Ecotoo melalui pengembangan aplikasi seluler lintas platform. Teknologi utama yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi adalah Flutter. Sedangkan metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah design science research. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah teknik kualitatif dan teknik kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, secara functionality dan code quality, sistem front-end dan back-end Ecotoo mendapatkan nilai A pada aspek reliability dan maintainability. Kemudian, berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang diberikan pengguna, aplikasi memiliki usability yang cukup baik dengan nilai excellent.

The amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere has increased since the industrial revolution. In Indonesia alone, climate change has occurred with indications of increasing temperature, changes in rainfall patterns, changes in hitergraphs, and changes in Oldeman's classification. In action against climate change, Indonesia is one of the main players in the world's carbon stocks. Seeing this, ASDF Technology decided to make a product called Ecotoo. Before this research began, the team of authors together with the ASDF Technology team had developed Ecotoo with the result being a web application. This research aims to increase the selling value of Ecotoo through the development of cross-platform mobile applications. The main technology used to develop applications is Flutter. While the research methodology used is design science research. Data analysis techniques used in research are qualitative techniques and quantitative techniques. Based on the test results, in terms of functionality and code quality, Ecotoo's front-end and back-end systems received an A score in the aspects of reliability and maintainability. Then, based on the evaluation results provided by users, the application has a fairly good usability with an excellent value.
