Penelitian ini menganalisis cost of illness peserta JKN dengan penyakit kanker payudara di Indonesia dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Desain penelitian ini merupakan studi observasional yang deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Data Sampel BPJS Kesehatan dan Data Upah Rata-Rata per Jam menurut Provinsi Tahun 2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling sehingga sampel merupakan seluruh peserta JKN dengan penyakit kanker payudara di Indonesia sesuai kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata cost of illness per peserta mencapai Rp12.441.986 dan totalnya mencapai Rp1.021.175.992.024. Nilai tersebut belum termasuk biaya obat kemoterapi, obat kronis, dan pelayanan imunohistokimia dalam tarif non INA-CBG. Faktor jenis kelamin, usia, status perkawinan, segmentasi kepesertaan, kelas rawat, RJTL, RITL, lama hari perawatan, kepemilikan FKRTL yang pernah dikunjungi, tipe FKRTL yang paling banyak dikunjungi, dan tingkat keparahan berpengaruh signifikan secara statistik terhadap cost of illness. Penelitian ini menggambarkan besarnya cost of illness peserta JKN dengan penyakit kanker payudara sehingga program deteksi dini sangat penting untuk dilakukan sebagai upaya dalam menghemat biaya.

This study analyzes the cost of illness of JKN participants with breast cancer in Indonesia and the factors that influence it. The research design is a descriptive observational study with a cross sectional approach. The data used in this study are Sample Data of BPJS Kesehatan and Average Hourly Wage Data by Province for 2021. The sampling technique uses total sampling so that the sample is all JKN participants with breast cancer in Indonesia according to predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of this study indicate that the average cost of illness per participant reaches Rp12.441.986 and the total reaches Rp1.021.175.992.024. This value does not include the cost of chemotherapy drugs, chronic drugs, and immunohistochemistry services in non-INA-CBG rates. Factors such as gender, age, marital status, membership segmentation, class of care, RJTL, RITL, length of stay, ownership of FKRTL ever visited, type of FKRTL most visited, and severity have a statistically significant effect on the cost of illness. This study illustrates the high cost of illness for JKN participants with breast cancer, so early detection programs are very important to do as an effort to save costs.
