Tuberkulosis merupakan salah satu penyakit menular yang menjadi penyebab utama kematian di dunia oleh agen infeksius setelah HIV/AIDS. Tuberkulosis di Indonesia masih menjadi permasalahan utama sebab prevalensi kasus Tuberkulosis di Indonesia menduduki peringkat kedua tertinggi di dunia. Hingga tahun 2020 jumlah kasus Tuberkulosis di Indonesia mencapai 5,8 juta dengan kematian sebesar 1,3 juta. Kota Depok merupakan salah satu kota di Jawa Barat yang menghadapi permasalahan angka keberhasilan pengobatan Tuberkulosis yang belum mencapai target. Dari tahun 2017 hingga 2021 angka keberhasilan pengobatan Tuberkulosis masih dibawah target (90%). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor usia, jenis kelamin, pekerjaan, riwayat pengobatan TBC, status DM, sumber pembiayaan pengobatan, dan jarak ke faskes terhadap kegagalan pengobatan Tuberkulosis Paru Sensitif Obat di Kota Depok tahun 2022. Desain studi yang digunakan yaitu cross-sectional dengan menganalisis data sekunder dari data register TB.03 SO Kota Depok yang diperoleh dari aplikasi SITB Dinas Kesehatan Kota Depok tahun 2022 dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 1.137 sampel. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square menggunakan aplikasi SPSS ver. 20. Hasil analisis menujukkan bahwa faktor usia (PR=1,88; 95%CI 1,44-2,46), status DM (PR=1,71; 95%CI 1,27-2,30), sumber pembiayaan pengobatan (PR=1,94, 95%CI 1,33-2,84) dan jarak ke faskes (PR=1,41; 95%CI=1,08-1,85) menjadi faktor yang berhubungan dengan kegagalan pengobatan Tuberkulosis Paru Sensitif Obat di Kota Depok Tahun 2022. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukan upaya intervensi baik kepada pemerintah, petugas kesehatan dan masyarakat di Kota Depok khususnya berkaitan dengan faktor-faktor tersebut sehingga diharapkan mampu meningkatkan angka keberhasilan pengobatan Tuberkulosis Paru Sensitif Obat.

From 2017 to 2021, the success rate for TB treatment is still below the target of 90%. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between age, gender, occupation, history of TB treatment, DM status, sources of treatment financing, and distance to health facilities in the unsuccessful treatment of drug-sensitive pulmonary tuberculosis in Depok City in 2022. The study design used was cross-sectional, with analyzed secondary data from the Depok City TB.03 SO register data obtained from the Depok City Health Office SITB application in 2022, for a total sample of 1,137 samples. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately with the chi-square test using SPSS ver. 20. The results of the analysis show that age (PR=1.88; 95%CI 1.44-2.46), DM status (PR=1.71; 95%CI 1.27-2.30), source of financing treatment (PR=1.94, 95%CI 1.33-2.84) and distance to health facilities (PR=1.41; 95%CI=1.08-1.85) were factors associated with unsuccessful TB treatment for drug-sensitive pulmonary tuberculosis in Depok City in 2022. Therefore, it is necessary to make intervention efforts both for the government, health workers, and the community in Depok City, especially with regard to these factors, so that it is expected to be able to increase the success rate of treatment for drug-sensitive pulmonary tuberculosis.
