Saat pengempaan, tablet mottling karena uap panas yang dihasilkan tablet vitacimin berubah menjadi air dan membuat tablet menjadi lembab dengan warna yang tidak rata. Sehingga dilakukan penjemuran atau penurunan suhu dengan cara tablet didiamkan sebelum dimasukkan ke dalam kaleng penyimpanan. Setelah itu,terdapat issue jika granul disimpan atau dikempa dalam waku 4-12 jam, maka suhu tablet akan turun. Maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi lama penyimpanan granul atau jarak dari granul selesai sampai granul dikempa agar diketahui apakah lama penyimpanan berpengaruh terhadap suhu tablet. Atas dasar pertimbangan diatas, penulis melakukan evaluasi proses vitacimin lemon dengan formulasi baru dan proses granulasi baru.

Therefore, drying or lowering the temperature is carried out by allowing the tablets to stand before being put into storage cans. After that, there is an issue if the granules are stored or compressed within 4-12 hours, the tablet temperature will drop. So it is necessary to evaluate the storage time of the granules or the distance from the finished granules until the granules are compressed in order to find out whether the storage duration affects the tablet temperature. Based on the above considerations, the authors evaluated the lemon vitacimin process with a new formulation and a new granulation process.
