Infeksi Saluran Kemih (ISK) adalah infeksi bakteri yang sering terjadi dan salah satu alasan paling umum untuk penggunaan antibiotik. Salah satu masalah yang kini menjadi perhatian utama adalah masalah resistensi antimikroba, akibat penggunaan antibiotik secara tidak bijak, baik oleh masyarakat maupun tenaga kesehatan. Tujuan analisis resep antibiotik di Apotek Roxy Ciledug adalah pengkajian resep sesuai persyaratan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI No. 73 Tahun 2016, analisis kesesuaian terapi berdasarkan Tatalaksana ISK dan Genitalia Pria 2021 oleh Ikatan Ahli Urologi Indonesia dan EAU Guidelines on Urological Infections 2022, dan memberikan rencana tindak lanjut untuk penyelesaian masalah terkait obat yang terjadi atau berpotensi terjadi. Penelitian ini bersifat observasional dengan pengambilan sampel secara retrospektif. Kriteria inklusi yang digunakan yaitu pasien dengan peresepan antibiotik oral maupun topikal. Kriteria eksklusi yaitu resep antibiotik telemedicine. Resep antibiotik yang digunakan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini ditetapkan secara simple random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu satu resep. Pasien dengan peresepan antibiotik yang masuk di Apotek Roxy Ciledug pada periode Juli 2022 berjumlah 87 pasien. Resep yang digunakan adalah resep antibiotik azithromycin, doxycycline, metronidazole. Hasil pengkajian menunjukkan resep telah sesuai persyaratan administratif, tidak ada bentuk sediaan menurut kajian farmasetik, terdapat efek samping obat dan tidak tepat dosis menurut kajian aspek klinis. Tindak lanjut mengenai masalah terkait potensi efek samping obat yaitu pemberian informasi obat kepada pasien, sedangkan masalah terkait interaksi obat yaitu pemberian jeda waktu penggunaan obat.

Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) is a common bacterial infection and one of the most common reasons for taking antibiotics. One of the problems that has now become the main concern is antimicrobial resistance, due to the unwise use of antibiotics, either by the public or health workers. The purpose of analyzing antibiotic prescriptions at Apotek Roxy Ciledug is to review prescription according to Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI No. 73 Tahun 2016, analysis of the suitability of therapy based on the Tatalaksana ISK dan Genitalia Pria 2021 by the Indonesian Association of Urologists and the EAU Guidelines on Urological Infections 2022, and provides a follow up plan for solving DRP that occur or potentially to occur. This study is an observational study with retrospective sampling. The inclusion criteria were patients prescribed oral or topical antibiotics. The exclusion criteria were telemedicine antibiotic prescriptions. Antibiotic prescriptions used as sample in this study were determined by simple random sampling. The number of samples used is one prescription. Patients with antibiotic prescriptions who entered the Apotek Roxy Ciledug in July 2022 totaled 87 patients. The prescription used was azithromycin, doxycycline, metronidazole. The results showed that the prescription met administrative requirements, there were no dosage forms according to pharmaceutical studies, there were drug side effects and the dosage was incorrect according to clinical aspects. Follow up regarding problems related to potential drug side effects is providing drug information to patients, while problems related to drug interactions is providing drug use interval.
