Dengan ditetapkannya Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI No. 13 Tahun 2022 tentang Perubahan Rencana Strategis Kementerian Kesehatan Tahun 2020-2024, dengan Sasaran Program Terselenggaranya layanan 9 Penyakit Prioritas di RS pendidikan. Salah satu layanan penyakit prioritas yaitu, Pelayanan Jantung Terpadu (PJT). Dalam Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan RI No. HK.01.07/MENKES/1965/2022 tentang RS jejaring pengampuan layanan kardiovaskuler, RSUD dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu yaitu RSUD tipe B Pendidikan milik pemerintah provinsi Bengkulu, ditetapkan sebagai RS pengampuan PJT strata level utama. Mengingat tingginya kasus penyakit jantung beberapa tahun terakhir di Bengkulu dan PJT merupakan layanan baru di Bengkulu sehingga menjadi rujukan tunggal kasus kardiovaskular untuk Provinsi Bengkulu. Maka, perlunya dilakukan analisis kesiapan PJT. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah analisis data interview dengan Direksi RS, stakeholder dan tenaga medis terkait PJT, analisis data dokumen internal sebagai pendukung. Hasil Penelitian, penyelenggaraan PJT RSUD dr. M. Yunus telah memenuhi legal aspek dengan telah ditetapkannya Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan RI untuk mendukung PJT, ketersediaan alokasi anggaran pada rencana strategis, komitmen pemerintah dan manajemen RS, terpenuhinya dokumen perizinan RS, aspek SDM sebesar 79,76% (siap), aspek alkes terpenuhi 61, 9% (siap), untuk kekurangannya dalam proses pengusulan DAK, APBD 2024. Kesimpulannya RSUD dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu telah siap dalam penyelenggaraan PJT.

With the stipulation Regulation of the Minister of Health, Republic of Indonesia No. 13 of 2022 concerning Changes to the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Health for 2020-2024, with the Target Program for the Implementation of 9 Priority Disease services in educational hospitals. One of the priority disease services is Integrated Heart Services (Cardiovascular Center). In the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. HK.01.07/MENKES/1965/2022 concerning cardiovascular service support network hospital, RSUD dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu, namely the type B Education Hospital belonging to the Bengkulu provincial government, was designated as a PJT strata primary level support hospital. Given the high cases of heart disease in the last few years in Bengkulu and PJT is a new service in Bengkulu, it has become the sole reference for cardiovascular cases for Bengkulu Province. Thus, it is necessary to carry out a Cardiovascular Center readiness analysis. This study uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects were analysis of interview data with Hospital Directors, stakeholders and medical staff related to Cardiovascular Center, internal document data analysis as a support. Research results, implementation of Cardiovascular Center RSUD dr. M. Yunus has fulfilled the legal aspects with the enactment of the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia to support PJT, the availability of budget allocations for strategic plans, the commitment of the government and hospital management, the fulfillment of hospital licensing documents, the human resource aspect of 79.76% (ready), the medical equipment aspect is fulfilled 61.9% (ready), for deficiencies in the process of proposing DAK, 2024 APBD. In conclusion RSUD dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu is ready to organize the Cardiovascular Center.
