 Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kebijakan implementasi green hospital terhadap perilaku atau kebiasaan hemat energi para pegawai di lingkungan rumah sakit dengan pendekatan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Sampel penelitian 150 pegawai RSUI. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Analisis menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan green hospital memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap faktor-faktor pendukung perilaku: sikap, norma subyektif, dan kontrol perilaku. Pengujian juga menunjukkan bahwa norma subyektif tidak memiliki korelasi  positif dengan kebiasaan hemat energi pegawai. Dalam pengolahan data, pengujian efek mediasi faktor-faktor tersebut (sikap, norma subyektif, dan kontrol perilaku) sebagai mediator antara kebijakan implementasi green hospital menunjukkan bahwa sikap dan kontrol perilaku menjadi mediator yang signifikan, sedangkan norma subyektif tidak menjadi mediator yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan niat penghematan energi. Kesimpulan, melihat niat penghematan energi sebagai mediator, dapat dilihat bahwa niat menjadi mediator yang signifikan antara sikap, kontrol perilaku, dan norma subyektif terhadap perilaku hemat energi di rumah sakit.

This research aims to analyze the relationship between the implementation of green hospital policy and energy-saving behaviors of employees in the environment of Hospital, using the Theory of Planned Behavior as the theoretical framework. The study's sample consists of 150 permanent employees and the statistical data are analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) technique. The results of the analysis indicate that the implementation of the green hospital policy significantly influences the supportive factors of behavior: attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. However, the tests also reveal that subjective norms do not positively correlate with the energy-saving behaviors of employees at the Hospital. The mediation analysis shows that attitudes and perceived behavioral control act as significant mediators between the green hospital policy and the intention to save energy, while subjective norms do not significantly mediate the relationship.
