Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) merupakan salah satu upaya untuk memberikan bekal keterampilan pada mahasiswa apoteker agar memiliki keterampilan kefarmasian sehingga  nantinya calon apoteker diharapkan mampu melakukan praktik kefarmasian secara profesional, legal, dan etik di Puskesmas. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi ini berlangsung selama dua minggu dengan tugas khusus, yakni Evaluasi Rasionalitas Penggunaan Antipsikotik Pasien Skizofrenia di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kramat Jati Periode Oktober 2022. Tujuan dilakukannya tugas khusus ini untuk mengevaluasi rasionalitas peresepan antipsikotik pada pasien skizofrenia di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kramat Jati tahun 2022. Metode yang digunakan pada tugas khusus ini adalah menggunakan desain observasional deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara retrospektif pada pasien skizofrenia periode bulan Oktober 2022. Subjek pada penelitian, yakni data resep pasien skizofrenia Puskesmas Kecamatan Kramat Jati bulan Oktober 2022. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan, yakni data excel yang diperoleh melalui website ePuskesmas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan obat antipsikotik pada pasien skizofrenia di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kramat Jati Periode Agustus 2022 dinilai belum memenuhi ketepatan penggunaan antipsikotik. Hasil  evaluasi menunjukkan ketepatan indikasi sebanyak 25 pasien [100%], tepat pemilihan obat sebanyak 18 pasien [72%] , tepat pasien sebanyak sebanyak 25 pasien [100%], tepat dosis sebanyak 24 pasien [96 %], serta tepat frekuensi sebanyak 24 pasien [96%].

Pharmacy intenrship is one of the efforts to provide skills provision for pharmacist students so that they have pharmaceutical skills so that later pharmacist candidates are expected to be able to practice pharmacy in a professional, legal and ethical manner at the district health center. The duration internship is for two weeks with a special assignment, namely  Evaluation of Rational Antipsychotics Schizophrenic Patients at the Kramat Jati District Health Center. The purpose of this special assignment was to evaluate the rationality of prescribing antipsychotics in schizophrenic patients at the Kramat Jati District Health Center in 2022. The method used in this special assignment was to use a descriptive observational design with a retrospective sampling technique in schizophrenia patients The research subjects were prescription data of schizophrenic patients at the Kramat Jati District Health Center in October 2022. The research instrument used was data excel obtained through the ePuskesmas website. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the use of antipsychotic drugs in schizophrenic patients at the Kramat Jati District Health Center for the August 2022 period is considered not to meet the accuracy of antipsychotic use. The results of the evaluation showed the accuracy of the indications for 25 patients [100%], the correct drug selection for 18 patients [72%] , the correct dosage for 25 patients [100%], the correct dosage for 24 patients (96 %), and the correct frequency for 24 patients. patients [96%].
