 Abstract

“Collection of PKPA Assignments at Kimia Farma Pharmacy, Jati Asih Business Unit, North Bekasi” A pharmacy is a health service facility to help improve health for the community, a pharmacy is also a place of practice for professional pharmacists in carrying out pharmaceutical work (Hartini and Sulasmo, 2007) while a pharmacist is a pharmacy graduate who has graduated as a pharmacist and has taken the pharmacist's oath (PP 51, 2009; RI Minister of Health Regulation, 2014). Pharmacists are closely related to pharmacies. A pharmacy is one of the places where pharmaceutical work is carried out, in addition to distributing pharmaceutical preparations and other health supplies to the public. In accordance with government regulations, pharmacies must be under the responsibility of a pharmacist. The presence of pharmacists in pharmacies is not only related to drug issues, but pharmacists are required to improve their knowledge, skills and behavior so they can carry out their profession professionally and interact directly with patients, including providing drug information and counseling to patients who need it. Pharmacists must also understand and be aware of the possibility of medication errors, identify, prevent, overcome pharmacoeconomic and social pharmacy problems (sociopharmacoeconomy). This, when linked to pharmaceutical service standards in pharmacies, makes the role of pharmacists in pharmacies very important (Permenkes RI, 2014). PKPA activities in pharmacies have the benefit of making students understand the duties and responsibilities carried out in pharmacies.
