Peran penting pelabuhan dalam rantai pasokan telah banyak dibahas. Banyak penelitian di berbagai belahan dunia juga menyatakan besarnya pengaruh integrasi pelabuhan terhadap kinerja pelabuhan dilihat dari perspektif rantai pasokan. Penelitian ini mempelajari bagaimana pengaruh masing-masing dimensi tersebut terhadap kinerja pelabuhan serta dimensi integrasi yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap kinerja Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok yang berperspektif rantai pasokan. Dalam penelitian ini, Integrasi yang dimaksud menggunakan TESCI (Terminal Supply Chain Integration) (Panayides and Song, 2008) yang terdiri dari penggunaan teknologi informasi, jasa penambah nilai, integrasi antar moda dan proses integrasi rantai pasokan. Dengan menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model), hasil survei menunjukkan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang berbeda-beda antar dimensi integrasi dengan dimensi kinerja. Selain itu proses integrasi rantai pasokan menjadi dimensi yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap kinerja dibanding dimensi integrasi yang lain. Implikasi dan saran kepada operator dan regulator pelabuhan juga dibahas.

The importance of ports in supply chain has been much discussed. Many researchers confirm the effects of port integration on port performance in light of supply chain. Many also stated that the more integrated a port in supply chain the more competitive the port compare to the others. This paper aims to learn the effects of the integration dimensions on port of Tanjung Priok’s performance and to learn which dimension that has the biggest effect. In this paper, the integration uses TESCI (terminal Supply Chain Integration) (Panayides and Song, 2008) which consists of information and communication technology, value added services, integration of moda transportation and supply chain integration practices. Using SEM (Structural Equation Model), survey result confirms that the dimensions have different effects on each performance dimensions, besides supply chain integration practices that has the biggest effect. Implications to the port operator and port regulator are discussed as well.
