Skripsi ini membahas tentang manfaat ekonomi terhadap penerapan good public governance pada pemerintah daerah di Indonesia untuk periode 2011-2015. Manfaat ekonomi yang tercermin dalam tiga indikator perekonomian diantaranya indeks pembangunan manusia, pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan tingkat ketimpangan. Pertumbuhan ekonomi diukur dengan produk domestik regional bruto dan tingkat ketimpangan diukur dengan rasio gini. Good public governance diukur dengan 43 pengukuran GPG dari laporan hasil EKPPD berdasarkan LPPD, 43 pengukuran GPG tersebut dikembangkan sebagai turunan dari lima prinsip GPG menurut KNKG (2010). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif serta perngujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan regresi data panel. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, good public governance berpengaruh positif  terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia. Kedua, good public governance berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan produk domestik regional bruto yang artinya dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Ketiga, good public governance tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat ketimpangan.

This study aims to investigate the economic benefits of good public governance in local government in Indonesia during 2011-2015. Economic benefits are reflected in three economy’s indicators such as human development index, economic growth, and income inequality. Economic growth is measured by the level of gross regional domestic product and the level of income inequality is measured by gini ratio. Good public governance is measured by 43 GPG measurements from EKPPD’s reporting result based on LPPD, which developed from five principles of GPG according to KNKG (2010). This research use quantitative method and hypothesis method by using regression of panel data. The results of the study show that first, good public governance has a positive impact on human development index. Second, good public governance has a positive impact on gross regional domestic product which can lead the economic growth. Third, good public governance has no impact on the income inequality level.
