Di Indonesia, sistem rujukan masih belum berjalan dengan baik, hal ini disebabkan oleh banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi. Faktor yang mempengaruhi yaitu pemberlakuan sistem rujukan yang belum terlaksana, informasi yang tidak tersampaikan dengan baik. Penelitian ini mencari hubungan kualitas pelayanan antenatal dengan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku ibu hamil mengenai sistem rujukan. Responden penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil sebanyak 109 orang yang berkunjung ke Puskesmas Kecamatan Koja. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross-sectional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kurang lebih 97 orang. Pada penelitian ini mencari hubungan latar belakang dan keadaan kehamilan dengan pengetahuan, sikap,  dan perilaku ibu hamil. Hasil yang didapat Pada penelitian ini yaitu pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku tidak mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna. Pengetahuan,sikap,dan perilaku tidak mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna dengan semua variabel. Namun, ada beberapa variabel yang mendekati hubungan yaitu penghasilan yang di atas rata-rata mempunyai pengetahuan dan sikap yang baik. Pada penelitian yang lain menyebutkan faktor sarana transportasi mempunyai pengaruh dalam sistem rujukan. Semakin jauh pusat pelayanan kesehatan sekunder maka ibu hamil menolak untuk dirujuk.

In Indonesia, the referral system has not been working well, and several factors contribute to this condition. Some of these factors are the incomplete implementation of the referral system itself and the conveying of the information of the system to the general public. This research aims to seek the relationship of the quality of antenatal care with the knowledge, attitude, and behaviour of pregnant women to the referral system. The respondent of this research are 109 pregnant women who were visiting Puskesmas Kecamatan Koja. This study uses cross-sectional method. The number of respondent finally committed to the study was 97 subjects due to drop-out. Result provided by Chi-square and Fischer Exact Test analyses shows that there is no relationship between antenatal care with the knowledge, attitude, and behaviour of pregnant woman to the referral system. This study show there is no relationship sociodemografic pregnant woman with knowledge, attitude, and behaviour. Therefore, this study shows that financial issues contribute a greater factor to knowledge and attitude to the referral system, as shown by the better knowledge and attitude with above average monthly salary respondent. However, other study has also shown that transportation method available to the respondent contribute as well to the referral system.
