Skripsi ini membahas tentang tahapan pelatihan vokasional dan pembinaan kewirausahaan bagi penerima manfaat rehabilitasi sosial napza di Sentra Handayani. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi isu penyalahgunaan yang prevalensinya kian meningkat. Upaya rehabilitasi sosial dilakukan dengan pendekatan holistik salah satunya memberikan bekal kemandirian berupa keterampilan vokasional agar korban penyalahguna napza dapat bekerja memenuhi kebutuhannya dan keluarga setelah selesai menjalani rehabilitasi sosial. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu tahapan pelatihan vokasional dan pembinaan kewirausahaan di suatu human service organization di bidang rehabilitasi penyalahgunaan zat yakni Sentra Handayani, dan menggambarkan faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriptif, informan wawancara berjumlah tiga belas orang, disertai data hasil observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Rentang waktu penelitian dari September 2022 sampai Desember 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat enam tahapan dalam pelatihan vokasional dan pembinaan kewirausahaan di Sentra Handayani yang berjalan berurutan meliputi tahap intake & engagement bertujuan membangun kedekatan, kepercayaan, dan kesadaran akan kebutuhan layanan sehingga terjadi kesepakatan layanan. Tahap asesmen komprehensif bertujuan mengidentifikasi permasalahan dan potensi pm. Tahap perencanaan atensi bertujuan merumuskan strategi pemecahan masalah berdasarkan kesepakatan bersama. Tahap implementasi menjalankan rencana layanan yang telah disepakati. Tahap terminasi bertujuan mengevaluasi pemulihan dan kesiapan pm untuk kembali ke masyarakat. Tahap aftercare/pasca layanan adalah layanan monitoring dan pemberian dukungan setelah terminasi. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukan faktor-faktor pendukung pelatihan vokasional dan pembinaan kewirausahaan terdiri dari motivasi diri penerima manfaat, dukungan pihak manajerial memfasilitasi dan mendorong pelaksanaan layanan pelatihan vokasional, instruktur vokasional yang kompeten, sinergi baik antar profesi, fasilitas memadai baik ruangan kelas maupun peralatan praktik, dukungan keluarga membangun motivasi penerima manfaat. Faktor-faktor penghambat antara lain, pengaruh zat narkotika yang menyebabkan sulit berkonsentrasi, mengingat, mengendalikan emosi, dan badan terasa sakit. Masalah pribadi seperti masalah ekonomi, hubungan keluarga, kekhawatiran akan masa depan membebani pikiran penerima manfaat sehingga memengaruhi performa belajar. Anggaran terbatas untuk akomodasi petugas menghambat layanan aftercare. Terakhir stigma negatif masyarakat terhadap mantan penyalahguna napza yang menghambat penerima manfaat bersosialisasi dan mendapat pekerjaan.
This thesis discusses the stages of vocational training and entrepreneurship development for social drug rehabilitation beneficiaries at the Handayani Center. This research is motivated by the issue of abuse, the prevalence of which is increasing. Social rehabilitation efforts are carried out using a holistic approach, one of which is providing independence in the form of vocational/work skills. Therefore, this research aims to find out the stages of vocational training and entrepreneurship development in a human service organization in the field of substance abuse rehabilitation, namely the Handayani Center, and describe the supporting and inhibiting factors for its implementation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, with thirteen interview informants, accompanied by data from observations and documentation studies. The research time span is from September 2022 to December 2023. The research results show that there are six stages in vocational training and entrepreneurship development at the Handayani Center which run sequentially, including the intake & engagement stage aimed at building closeness, trust and awareness of service needs so that a service agreement can be reached. The comprehensive assessment stage aims to identify problems and potential beneficiaries. The attention planning stage aims to formulate problem solving strategies based on mutual agreement. The implementation phase carries out the agreed service plan. The termination stage aims to evaluate the beneficiaries recovery and readiness to return to society. The aftercare/post-service stage is monitoring services and providing support after termination. The research results also show that the supporting factors for vocational training and entrepreneurship training consist of self-motivation of the beneficiaries, managerial support to facilitate and encourage the implementation of vocational training services, competent vocational instructors, good synergy between professions, adequate facilities both classrooms and practical equipment, family support builds beneficiary motivation. Inhibiting factors include the influence of narcotic substances which make it difficult to concentrate, remember, control emotions, and body aches. Personal problems such as economic problems, relationships with family, worries about the future relax the mind of the beneficiary thereby affecting learning performance. Limited budgets due to staff shortages hinder aftercare services. Lastly, society's negative stigma towards former drug abusers prevents beneficiaries from socializing and getting work.
