Kurangnya pemanfaatan ehealth dalam program pencegahan dan pengendalian hipertensi di Kota Depok belum selaras dengan misi pembangunan Kota Depok 2021-2026 untuk menciptakan pelayanan publik yang modern dan pembangunan infrastruktur berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran literasi kesehatan digital pada klien hipertensi di Kota Depok. Metode penelitian ini adalah studi deskriptif menggunakan kuesioner I- eHEALS dengan teknik cluster sampling pada klien hipertensi di lima kelurahan dengan estimasi populasi klien hipertensi tertinggi di Kota Depok sebanyak 100 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa klien hipertensi di Kota Depok sebagian besar adalah kelompok usia dewasa muda atau 41–65 tahun (64%), berjenis kelamin perempuan (72%), tingkat pendidikan menengah (SMP, SMA, atau sederajat) (59%), dan menggunakan Youtube sebagai sumber informasi kesehatan digitalnya (25%). Selain itu, diketahui juga literasi kesehatan digital klien hipertensi di Kota Depok sebesar 26. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah literasi kesehatan digital klien hipertensi di Kota Depok cenderung lebih tinggi pada kelompok dewasa muda, jenis kelamin perempuan, pendidikan tinggi, dan menggunakan aplikasi kesehatan online sebagai sumber informasi kesehatan digitalnya, serta masih kurangnya kemampuan klien hipertensi di Kota Depok untuk menilai, mengevaluasi, dan kepercayaan diri dalam penggunaan informasi kesehatan digital. Rekomendasi peneliti adalah dilakukannya promosi literasi kesehatan digital dan dikembangkannya sumber informasi kesehatan digital yang berfokus pada manajemen perawatan diri klien hipertensi.

The lack of ehealth utilisation in hypertension prevention and control programmes in Depok City is not yet aligned with Depok City's 2021-2026 development mission to create modern public services and technology-based infrastructure development. This study aims to identify the digital health literacy in hypertensive clients in Depok City. The research method is a descriptive study using the I- eHEALS questionnaire with cluster sampling technique on hypertensive clients in five urban villages with the highest estimated population of hypertensive clients in Depok City as many as 100 samples. The results showed that hypertensive clients in Depok City were mostly young adults or 41-65 years old (64%), female (72%), secondary education level (junior high school, high school, or equivalent) (59%), and used Youtube as a source of digital health information (25%). In addition, it is also known that the level of the digital health literacy of hypertensive clients in Depok City is 26. The conclusion of this study is that the digital health literacy of hypertensive clients in Depok City tends to be higher in the young adult group, female gender, higher education, and using online health applications as a source of digital health information, and there is still a lack of ability of hypertensive clients in Depok City to assess, evaluate, and confidence in the use of digital health information. The researcher's recommendation is to promote digital health literacy and develop digital health information sources that focus on self-care management of hypertensive clients.
