Covid-19 adalah penyakit menular yang muncul pertama kali di Wuhan, China. Sejak teridentifikasi pertama kali di Indonesia pada Maret 2020, penyebaran virus Covid-19 terus mengalami perluasan, khususnya di kota-kota besar dengan kepadatan penduduk dan tingkat mobilitas yang tinggi. Salah satunya adalah Kota Surakarta. Kota Surakarta merupakan salah satu wilayah awal dengan temuan kasus Covid-19 di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis pola penyebaran Covid-19 secara spasiotemporal dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Pola penyebaran Covid-19 dianalisis menggunakan space time scan statistic, sedangkan untuk melihat faktor-faktor pendorong yang mempengaruhi dilakukan tabulasi silang. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa wilayah sekitar pusat kegiatan di bagian tengah Kota Surakarta berisiko tinggi terhadap penyebaran Covid-19. Selain itu, keberadaan pasar tradisional menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi penyebaran virus Covid-19.

Covid-19 is an infectious disease that first appeared in Wuhan, China. Since it was first identified in Indonesia in March 2020, the spread of the Covid-19 virus has continued to expand, especially in large cities with population density and high levels of mobility. One of them is the city of Surakarta. Surakarta City was one of the initial areas with the discovery of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to analyze the spatiotemporal distribution pattern of Covid-19 and the factors that influence it. The pattern of the spread of Covid-19 was analyzed using space time scan statistics, while cross-tabulation was carried out to see the influencing driving factors. The results show that the area around the activity center in the central part of Surakarta City is at high risk for the spread of Covid-19. Then, the existence of traditional markets is a factor that influences the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
