Burnout sering terjadi di kalangan tenaga kesehatan, terutama pada perawat. Pekerjaan perawat, yang membutuhkan tenaga, perhatian, serta waktu yang banyak, rentan menyebabkan work-family conflict (WFC). Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat peran work-family conflict (WFC) terhadap burnout pada perawat di Rumah Sakit Kelas A di Jakarta. Subjek penelitian didapatkan sebanyak 124 dengan teknik convenience sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Work Family Conflict Scale (WAFCS) dan Oldenburg Burnout Inventory (OLBI). Hasil analisis dilakukan menggunakan SPSS v.25 dan hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peran work-family conflict (WFC) terhadap burnout. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa work-family conflict (WFC) memprediksi terjadinya burnout pada perawat di Rumah Sakit Kelas A di Jakarta.
Burnout is often observed among healthcare professionals, particularly nurses. The demanding task of nursing requires significant energy, attention, and time, which can lead to work-family conflict (WFC). This study aims to examine the role of work-family conflict (WFC) in burnout among nurses at a Class A Hospital in Jakarta. A total of 124 subjects were recruited using convenience sampling. The measurement tools used were the Work Family Conflict Scale (WAFCS) and the Oldenburg Burnout Inventory (OLBI). Analysis was conducted using SPSS v.25, revealing a significant relationship between work-family conflict (WFC) and burnout. It can be concluded that work-family conflict (WFC) predicts the occurrence of burnout among nurses at a Class A Hospital in Jakarta.
