Kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT Dankos Farma periode Mei – Juni 2023 diharapkan calon apoteker di Industri farmasi mengetahui tugas dan tanggungjawabnya dalam memastikan fasilitas dan peralatan yang sesuai untuk memproduksi produk yang aman, efektif dan bermutu dengan biaya seminimum mungkin. Penyediaan fasilitas dan peralatan penunjang berdasarkan aspek Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) diharapkan mesin dapat bekerja menghasilkan produk sesuai mutu dan kualitas obat secara konsisten sesuai dengan persyaratan yang ditetapkan agar sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaannya. PT Dankos Farma menyediakan mesin pelabel ampul untuk membantu pelabelan yang melindungi produk dari pengaruh eksternal yang merugikan. Salah satu departemen produksi di PT Dankos Farma yaitu lini produksi sediaan injeksi Non-Beta Laktam (NBL) senantiasa melakukan continuous improvement terhadap permasalahan-permasalahan yang dapat menghambat proses produksi, salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi pada mesin pelabel ampul akan memengaruhi kualitas dan mutu produk, menghambat proses pengemasan sekunder serta jalannya produksi sedangkan proses lain terus berjalan dan menunggu untuk segera dilakukan pelabelan. Tugas khusus ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis kinerja mesin pelabel ampul yang terdapat pada departemen produksi injeksi Non-Beta Laktam PT Dankos Farma melalui pengukuran nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

PT Dankos Farma provides ampoule labeling machines to assist in labeling that protects products from adverse external influences. One of the production departments at PT Dankos Farma, namely the production line of Non-Beta Lactam (NBL) injection preparations, always makes continuous improvements to problems that can hinder the production process, one of the problems that occurs in the ampoule labeling machine will affect the quality and quality of the product, hindering the secondary packaging process and the running of production while other processes continue to run and wait for labeling to be carried out immediately. This special task is aimed at analyzing the performance of the ampoule labeling machine in the production department of PT Dankos Farma's Non-Beta Lactam injection through the measurement of the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value.
