Analisis Penerapan Head-up 30 derajat dan Pemantauan Tekanan Rata-Rata Arteri Sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Peningkatan Tekanan Intrakranial pada Pasien Pasca Kraniotomi Removal Tumor di Ruang Rawat Inap = Analysis of the Application of 30-Degree Positioning and Monitoring of Mean Arterial Pressure as an Effort to Prevent Increased Intracranial Pressure in Post-Craniotomy Patients in the Inpatient Room

 Abstract

Peningkatan tekanan intracranial (TIK) merupakan masalah utama pada pasien dengan tumor otak dan menyebabkan perfusi serebral tidak efektif. Tindakan definitif diperlukan untuk mengatasi masalah peningkatan TIK dengan pengangkatan tumor melalui kraniotomi. Pasca kraniotomi, masih terdapat risiko ketidakefektifan perfusi serebral karena risiko peningkatan TIK. Pasien pasca kraniotomi umumnya akan merasakan nyeri, mual, dan muntah sehingga berisiko untuk meningkatkan TIK. Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan head-up 30 derajat dan pemantauan tekanan rata-rata arteri (MAP) sebagai upaya pencegahan peningkatan TIK pada pasien pasca kraniotomi di ruang rawat inap. Metode yang digunakan berupa laporan kasus terkait intervensi pemberian posisi Head-up 30 derajat dan pemantauan MAP yang dilakukan selama 3 hari. Hasil pemberian asuhan keperawatan selama tiga hari menunjukkan tidak adanya peningkatan TIK dan MAP berada dalam rentang normal.

Increased intracranial pressure (ICP) is a major problem in patients with cerebral tumors and causes cerebral perfusion to be ineffective. Definitive action is needed to address the problem of increased ICP with tumor removal through craniotomy. After craniotomy, there is still a risk of ineffectiveness of cerebral perfusion due to the risk of increased ICP. Post-craniotomy patients will generally feel pain, nausea, and vomiting so they are at risk for increasing ICP. This scientific paper aims to analyze the application of 30-degree positioning and monitoring of mean arterial pressure (MAP) as an effort to prevent increased ICP in post-craniotomy patients in the inpatient room. The method forms as a case report related to the intervention of giving a 30-degree Head-up position and monitoring of MAP carried out for 3 days. The results of providing nursing care for three days showed no increase in ICP and MAP was within the normal range.
