Pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah sakit harus mematuhi standar pelayanan minimal yang ditetapkan, termasuk kesesuaian peresepan dengan Formularium Nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kesesuaian peresepan obat di depo farmasi rawat jalan Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia (RSUI) dengan Formularium Nasional pada April 2023. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa dari 390 item obat yang diresepkan, 256 item (65,64%) sesuai dengan Formularium Nasional, sedangkan 134 item (34,36%) tidak sesuai. Peresepan BPJS yang tidak sesuai mayoritas berasal dari klinik anak, penyakit dalam, neurologi, dan pulmonologi. Keseluruhan peresepan BPJS yang tidak sesuai dengan Formularium Nasional adalah 27.749 obat (18,98%). Penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa kesesuaian peresepan obat di RSUI belum mencapai standar 100% yang diharapkan, disebabkan oleh ketidaktersediaan beberapa obat dalam Formularium Nasional. Disarankan agar dokter lebih memperhatikan formularium dalam penulisan resep untuk meningkatkan kesesuaian dan efisiensi biaya.

Pharmaceutical services in hospitals must comply with the minimum service standards set, including the conformity of prescriptions with the National Formulary. This study aims to evaluate the conformity of drug prescriptions at the outpatient pharmacy depot of the University of Indonesia Hospital (RSUI) with the National Formulary in April 2023. The results showed that of the 390 prescribed drug items, 256 items (65.64%) were by the National Formulary, while 134 items (34.36%) were not in accordance. The majority of inappropriate BPJS prescriptions came from pediatric clinics, internal medicine, neurology, and pulmonology. The total number of BPJS prescriptions that were not by the National Formulary was 27,749 drugs (18.98%). This study indicates that the conformity of drug prescriptions at RSUI has not reached the expected 100% standard, due to the unavailability of several drugs in the National Formulary. It is recommended that doctors pay more attention to the formulary in writing prescriptions to improve conformity and cost efficiency.
