Melalui aplikasi mobile, pengguna dapat mengakses informasi dengan menggunakan smartphone yang terkoneksi dengan layanan internet. Sebagian besar pebisnis khususnya pada sektor properti telah menggunakan internet dalam keberlangsungan dan perkembangan bisnisnya. Sebagai salah satu contoh bisnis properti yang menggunakan internet untuk keberlangsungan bisnisnya adalah Proper-ti. Proper-Ti sudah memiliki aplikasi management system berbasis website, kendala yang dialami saat ini adalah Customer jarang menggunakan website tersebut dan Sales merasa kesulitan untuk mengakses website ketika berada di lapangan. Untuk meningkatan kenyamanan masing-masing pengguna, dilakukan penelitian dan evaluasi terhadap Sistem Proper-ti yang telah ada.  Melalui penelitian ini, dikembangkan dan dirancang purwarupa desain Sistem Proper-ti untuk versi aplikasi mobile, dimana proses pendekatan penelitian menggunakan dua metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Untuk mengetahui kebutuhan pengguna dan evaluasi sistem proper-ti sebelumnya, dilakukan wawancara mendalam untuk memperoleh hasil evaluasi secara kualitatif. Lalu, perancangan ini menggunakan metode desain proses User-Centered Design (UCD) yang memfokuskan pengguna sebagai titik tengah dari pengembangan purwarupa desain dan diuji dengan Usability Testing (UT) dengan bantuan tools Maze.Design. Hasil evaluasi kuantitatif dengan System Usability Scale (SUS) menunjukan bahwa skor SUS yang diperoleh adalah 80,41 dengan mutu A. Walaupun hasil penilaian kualitas purwarupa desain interaksi pada sistem Proper-ti yang ditunjukan sudah baik, diharapkan terdapat pengujian berikutnya dengan UT dan perbaikan desain interaksi lebih lanjut tersendiri.

Through the mobile application, users can access information by using a smartphone connected to internet services. Most of the businessmen, especially in the property sector, have used the internet for the continuity and development of their business. As an example of a property business that uses the internet to sustain its business is Proper-ti. Proper-Ti already has a website-based management system application, the constraints faced today are that customers rarely use the website and Sales find it difficult to access the website when in the field. To increase the ease of each user, research and evaluation are carried out on the existing Proper-ti System. Through this research, the Proper-ti System design prototype for the mobile application version was developed and designed, where the research approach process uses two qualitative and quantitative methods. In order to determine the needs of users and to evaluate the property system beforehand, in-depth interviews were conducted to obtain qualitative evaluation results. Then, the process design method uses the User-Centered Design (UCD) which focuses the user as the midpoint of the design prototype development and tested by Usability Testing (UT) with the help of Maze.Design tools. The results of the quantitative evaluation with the System Usability Scale (SUS) show that the SUS score obtained is 80.41 with grade A. Although the results of the interaction design prototype quality assessment on the Proper-ti system are shown to be good, it is hoped that there will be further testing with UT and further improvement for the interaction design itself.
