Tulisan ini membahas tentang bentuk masjid Al Mustofa Bantarjati, Bogor sekarang dan pengaruh akulturasi kebudayaan terhadap bentuk bangunan masjid. Penelitian ini bersifat penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Masjid Al Mustofa telah mengalami pembangunan dan pemugaran sehingga bagian yang asli hanya tersisa di ruang utama, sementara itu proses akulturasi yang mempengaruhi masjid Al Mustofa memiliki unsur-unsur percampuran budaya lokal yaitu Jawa dan Sunda serta budaya Belanda dan Timur Tengah pada bagian ruang utama dan atap.

This writting discusses the current form of the Al Mustofa Mosque and the effect of cultural acculturation on the shape of the mosque building. This is a qualitative research with descriptive design. The result of this study found that the Al Mustofa Mosque had undergone construction and renovation so that the origal part only left in the main hall, meanwhile the acculturation process affecting the mosque has elements of Javanese and Sundanese as well as Dutch and Middle Eastern culture on the main hall and roof.
