Dokumen Akta Jual Beli (AJB) tanah adalah surat penting yang berisi tentang informasi transaksi penjualan tanah antara kedua pihak yaitu pihak penjual tanah dan pihak pembeli tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem penginputan berbasis website dengan memanfaatkan teknologi kecerdasan buatan yang dapat melakukan ekstraksi entitas-entitas pada dokumen AJB. Entitas-entitas pada dokumen AJB yang akan diambil yaitu entitas nomor AJB tanah, identitas penjual/pembeli, nomor girik tanah, nomor persil tanah, luas tanah, harga tanah dan lokasi tanah. Lebih lanjut, lokasi tanah terdiri atas provinsi, kabupaten, kecamatan, kelurahan dan alamat tanah. Hasil ekstraksi entitas-entitas tersebut akan ditampilkan pada halaman dasbor website dan disimpan ke database. Hasil ekstrasi juga akan dilakukan proses analisa dengan confusion matrix untuk mengetahui keberhasilan proses ekstraksi apakah entitas yang diekstrak sesuai dengan yang tercantum pada dokumen AJB.

The land sale and purchase deed document is an important letter that contains information about the land sale transaction between the two parties, namely the land seller and the land buyer. This study aims to create a website-based input system by utilizing artificial intelligence technology that can extract entities in the land sale and purchase deed document. The entities in the land sale and purchase deed document that will be extracted are the entity of the land sale and purchase deed land number, identity of the seller/buyer, girik number, persil number, land area, land price, and land location. Furthermore, the location of the land consists of the province, district, sub-district, village, and land address. The extraction results of these entities will be displayed on the website dashboard page and saved to the database. The results of the extraction process will also be analyzed with a confusion matrix to determine the success of the extraction process whether the extracted entity is in accordance with what is stated in the land sale and purchase deed document.
