Hubungan Coaching Kepala Ruangan Dan Motivasi Perawat Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Saat Pandemic Covid-19 = Coaching Relationship Headnurse and Nurse Motivation With Job Satisfaction During The Covid-19 Pandemic

 Abstrak

Kepuasan kerja saat pandemic Covid-19 berpengaruh terhadap turnover, turnover tinggi karena kurangnya motivasi kerja perawat dalam perusahaan tersebut. Adanya penurunan motivasi dalam bekerja, dibutuhkan coaching untuk melakukan suatu upaya seorang manajer dalam peningkatan kualitas tenaga keperawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan coaching kepala ruangan dan motivasi perawat dengan kepuasan kerja saat pandemic covid-19. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 185 perawat pelaksana di Rumah Sakit X. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara karakteristik jenis kelamin, pendidikan, status pernikahan, unit kerja dan jenjang karir, pengalaman kerja dengan kepuasan kerja perawat. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara usia dengan kepuasan kerja (p =0,029) dan ada hubungan signifikan antara kompetensi coaching kepala ruangan dengan kepuasan kerja perawat (r=0,446; p=<0,001). Pada motivasi terdapat hubungan signifikan antara motivasi dengan kepuasan kerja perawat (r=0,595; p=<0,001). Hasil multivariat juga didapatkan nilai konstanta sebesar -0.5841 dengan variabel yang memiliki pengaruh adalah coaching dan motivasi. Setiap kenaikan satu poin variabel coaching akan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat sebanyak 0,228, sementara setiap kenaikan satu poin motivasi perawat akan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja sebesar 1,089. Rekomendasi yaitu meningkatkan fungsi manajemen dalam memberikan motivasi kerja melalui coaching untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja di era pandemic covid-19.

Job satisfaction during the Covid-19 pandemic has an effect on turnover, high turnover due to the lack of work motivation of nurses in the company. With a decrease in motivation at work, coaching is needed to make a manager's effort to improve the quality of nursing staff. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between head coaching and nurse motivation with job satisfaction during the covid-19 pandemic. The sampling method in this study used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 185 nurses at Hospital X. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between the characteristics of gender, education, marital status, work unit and career path, work experience and job satisfaction of nurses. There is a significant relationship between age and job satisfaction (p = 0.029) and there is a significant relationship between the head coaching competency and nurse job satisfaction (r = 0.446; p = <0.001). On motivation there is a significant relationship between motivation and job satisfaction of nurses (r=0.595; p=<0.001). Multivariate results also obtained a constant value of -0.5841 with variables that have an influence are coaching and motivation. Every one point increase in the coaching variable will increase nurse job satisfaction by 0.228, while every one point increase in nurse motivation will increase job satisfaction by 1.089. The recommendation is to improve the management function in providing work motivation through coaching to increase job satisfaction in the era of the covid-19 pandemic.
