Pada Tahun 2020, tercatat hampir 300.000 tenaga kesehatan yang terinfeksi dan meninggal dunia akibat Covid 19 di seluruh dunia. Tenaga kesehatan berada pada tingkat risiko tinggi terpapar Covid-19 padahal mereka memegang peran penting dalam penanganan kasus Covid-19 dan rumah Sakit sebagai tempat bekerja para tenaga kesehatan harus membuat lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan aman bagi mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor risiko tenaga kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Chasbullah Abdulmadjid Kota Bekasi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga kesehatan yang terdiri dari dokter dan perawat berjumlah 95 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor resiko yang mempunyai perbedaan resiko terhadap paparan infeksi pada tenaga kesehatan adalah alat pelindung diri ( OR : 3,4; p value 0.008; α : 0.05 ) dan kontrol infeksi ( OR : 3,6 ; p value 0.006; α : 0.05 ), sedangkan faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah kontrol infeksi dengan nilai OR=2,645 ( 95% CI:1,049 – 6,666 ). Perlunya kerjasama dari berbagai pihak seperti Otoritas Kesehatan yang berwenang yaitu Dinas Kesehatan dan manajemen Rumah Sakit untuk membuat sistem dan kebijakan khusus untuk lebih fokus kepada eliminasi sumber penularan yang ada di masyarakat dalam mengendalikan transmisi infeksi Covid-19.

Health workers are at a high risk of being exposed to Covid-19 even though they play an important role in handling Covid-19 cases and hospitals as a place to work for health workers must create a comfortable and safe work environment for them. This study aims to analyze the risk factors of health workers at the Chasbullah Abdulmadjid Regional General Hospital, Bekasi City. The research design used was cross sectional. The samples taken in this study were health workers consisting of doctors and nurses totaling 95 respondents. The results showed that the risk factors that had different risks for exposure to infection in health workers were personal protective equipment (OR: 3.4; p value 0.008; : 0.05) and infection control (OR: 3.6; p value 0.006; ). : 0.05), while the most influential factor was infection control with OR=2.645 (95% CI: 1.049 – 6.666). The need for cooperation from various parties such as the competent Health Authority, which is the Health Service and Hospital management to create special systems and policies to focus more on eliminating sources of transmission in the community in controlling the transmission of Covid-19 infection.
