Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Symphonia Boulevard di Kelurahan Cijantra, Kabupaten Tangerang, bertujuan meningkatkan aksesibilitas, pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan nilai properti di sekitarnya. Penelitian ini menyoroti penerapan profesionalisme, K3L, dan kode etik insinyur melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan studi literatur terhadap proses pekerjaan seperti cut and fill dan pemasangan box culvert. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa K3L dan profesionalisme berkontribusi pada kualitas proyek, meski terdapat kekurangan pada kepatuhan penggunaan APD. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengawasan ketat, pelatihan rutin, dan penerapan kode etik untuk meningkatkan keselamatan dan keberlanjutan proyek, serta memberikan acuan bagi proyek serupa di masadepan.

The Symphonia Boulevard Road Construction Project in Cijantra Village, Tangerang Regency, aims to enhance accessibility, drive economic growth, and increase property value in the surrounding area. This study focuses on the implementation of professionalism, occupational health, safety, and environmental standards (HSE), and engineering codes of ethics through field observations, expert interviews, and literature reviews on processes such as cut and fill and box culvert installation. Findings indicate that HSE and professionalism significantly contribute to project quality, though shortcomings were observed in adherence to personal protective equipment (PPE) usage. The study recommends stricter supervision, regular training, and the application of ethical principles to improve safety and sustainability, providing a reference for similar projects in the future.
