Perancangan Sistem Informasi Proses Birthday Gift Nasabah Priority pada Bank di Indonesia dengan Pendekatan Business Process Reengineering = Information System Design for the Birthday Gift Process of Priority Customers in Indonesian Bank Using a Business Process Reengineering Approach

 Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi yang dapat mengelola proses pemberian hadiah ulang tahun kepada nasabah Priority di sebuah bank di Indonesia, dengan pendekatan Business Process Reengineering (BPR). Proses pemberian hadiah ulang tahun yang saat ini dilakukan secara manual menyebabkan ketidakefisienan dan keterlambatan, yang berpotensi menurunkan kepuasan nasabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan wawancara terhadap enam ahli di bidang operasional perbankan dan sistem informasi, serta observasi terhadap proses yang sedang berjalan. Berdasarkan analisis proses as-is dan evaluasi terhadap beberapa skenario perbaikan, ditemukan bahwa penerapan sistem Digital Loyalty dapat mengurangi waktu tunggu, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan menurunkan biaya operasional. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah dengan memberikan pengalaman yang lebih personal dan tepat waktu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem informasi berbasis digital dalam proses pemberian hadiah ulang tahun dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah Priority.

This study aims to design an information system to manage the birthday gift process for Priority customers at a bank in Indonesia, using the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) approach. The current manual birthday gift process leads to inefficiencies and delays, potentially diminishing customer satisfaction. The research employs a qualitative method, including interviews with six experts in banking operations and information systems, as well as observations of the existing process. Through an analysis of the as-is process and evaluation of several improvement scenarios, it was found that the implementation of a Digital Loyalty System would reduce wait times, enhance efficiency, and lower operational costs. This system is expected to improve customer satisfaction by providing a more personalized and timely experience. The findings of this study suggest that implementing a digital-based information system for the birthday gift process can be an effective solution to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty among Priority customers.
