 Abstract

Pertumbuhan pesat Jakarta sebagai pusat pemerintahan dan ekonomi menimbulkan tantangan serius dalam hal mobilitas, terutama akibat tingginya tingkat kemacetan dan ketergantungan terhadap kendaraan pribadi. Untuk menjawab persoalan tersebut, Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta mengembangkan konsep kawasan berorientasi transit atau Transit Oriented Development (TOD), salah satunya terletak di Dukuh Atas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi sistem transportasi publik terintegrasi antarmoda di kawasan transit Dukuh Atas menggunakan teori Node-Place Activity Model. Metode kualitatif digunakan dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, studi pustaka, serta triangulasi data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kawasan Dukuh Atas telah dilengkapi berbagai moda transportasi dan fasilitas publik yang mendukung aspek node dan place, namun masih ditemukan ketimpangan pada aspek activity yang mencerminkan rendahnya optimalisasi aktivitas pengguna di kawasan ini. Dengan demikian, implementasi integrasi antarmoda di Dukuh Atas belum sepenuhnya seimbang. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya peningkatan strategi pada aspek aktivitas manusia guna mendorong terciptanya sistem transportasi yang lebih manusiawi, efisien, dan berkelanjutan.

The rapid growth of Jakarta as the center of government and economy has posed serious challenges in terms of mobility, particularly due to severe traffic congestion and the heavy reliance on private vehicles. To address these issues, the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta has developed the concept of Transit-Oriented Development (TOD), with one such area located in Dukuh Atas. This study aims to analyze the implementation of an integrated intermodal public transportation system in the Dukuh Atas transit area using the Node-Place-Activity Model theory. A qualitative method was employed, utilizing data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, literature review, and data triangulation. The analysis results indicate that although Dukuh Atas has been equipped with various modes of transportation and public facilities supporting the node and place aspects, there remains an imbalance in the activity aspect, reflecting the underutilization of user activities within the area. Thus, the implementation of intermodal integration in Dukuh Atas has not yet achieved full balance. This study recommends enhancing strategies related to human activities to promote the creation of a more human-centered, efficient, and sustainable transportation system.
