Tenis meja adalah olahraga dengan kecepatan bola tercepat di dunia, sehingga kemampuan penguasaan teknik yang dioptimalisasi melalui kebugaran fisik (physical fitness) yang menjadi kunci untuk meraih kemenangan. Topspin Forehand merupakan teknik andalan atlet dengan tingkat akurasi target yang tinggi yang diimbangi dengan kekuatan (power), kecepatan tinggi (high intensity speed), dan putaran (spin) pada bola yang kuat sehingga meningkatkan peluang kemenangan. Eurofit Test Battery merupakan alat pemeriksaan physical fitness yang terdiri atas beberapa pemeriksaan antara lain, Flamingo test, Standing Long Jump Test, Plate Tapping Test, Sit Up Test, Sit and Reach Test, Handgrip test, dan 10 x 5 shuttle run test. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara physical fitness terhadap performa teknik topspin forehand pada tenis meja pada 44 atlet remaja di Persatuan Tenis Meja dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Data penelitian diolah menggunakan metode Pearson Correlation Coefficient dan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan domain yang memiliki hubungan terhadap topspin forehand antara lain, kekuatan eksplosif, koordinasi mata-tangan, daya tahan (endurance), dan kekuatan statis. Seluruh domain physical fitness secara bersamaan berpengaruh terhadap performa topspin forehand, namun hanya domain daya tahan (endurance) yang memiliki pengaruh secara independen terhadap topspin forehand.

Table tennis is the sport with the fastest ball speed in the world, making mastery of technique optimized through physical fitness as the factor in achieving victory. The forehand topspin is a signature technique used by athletes, characterized by a high level of target accuracy combined with power, high-speed intensity, and strong spin, all of which contribute to increasing the chances of winning. The Eurofit Test Battery is a tool used to assess physical fitness, consisting of several test components, including the Flamingo test, Standing Long Jump Test, Plate Tapping Test, Sit-Up Test, Sit and Reach Test, Handgrip test, and the 10 x 5 shuttle run test. This study aims to analyze the relationship between physical fitness and the performance of the forehand topspin technique in table tennis, involving 44 adolescent athletes from a table tennis association, using a cross-sectional research design. The research data were analyzed using the Pearson Correlation Coefficient and multiple linear regression tests. The results indicate certain physical fitness domains, namely explosive strength, hand-eye coordination, endurance, and static strength are associated with forehand topspin performance. While all physical fitness domains assessed in the Eurofit Test Battery collectively influence forehand topspin performance, only the endurance domain was found to have an independent effect.
