 Abstract

The performance of construction project development in Jakarta is growing very rapidly seen from the high demand for housing and the increasingly limited availability of land, so high-rise buildings are a solution. The encouragement of construction project development from the government also encourages innovation in the design and build procurement system to accelerate construction development. But on the other hand, the construction sector is still the highest sector of construction accidents. It is necessary to evaluate the performance of the SMKK implementation by conducting a construction safety audit process that refers to Permen PUPR Number 10 of 2021. The audit process must be developed into knowledge that improves safety performance. This research aims to identify important factors in improving construction safety performance and analyze relationship model of the construction safety audit process based on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Building Information Modeling (BIM), web based – information system, and knowledge management. The methods used in this research include literature study, expert validation, questionnaire, and data processing using SEM-PLS. The result of this research is a relationship model between important factors used as a tool in improving construction safety performance.
