"Apoteker merupakan salah satu dari tenaga kesehatan yang berperan dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan pada pasien di Rumah Sakit Untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran apoteker di Rumah Sakit serta kendala dalam menjalankan pelayanan kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit maka Program Profesi Apoteker Universitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan Rumah Sakit Angkatan Laut Marinir Cilandak menyelenggarakan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker periode 2 September 31 Oktober 2013 Berdasarkan pengamatan selama praktek kerja di Rumah Sakit peran apoteker diantaranya adalah memberikan pelayanan kefarmasian secara klinik dan non klinik Kendala yang dihadapi dalam menjalankan pelayanan kefarmasian yaitu belum berjalannya farmasi klinik karena keterbatasan Sumber Daya Manusia belum diterapkan sistem distribusi obat rawat inap secara dosis unit dan belum optimalnya peran Panitia Farmasi dan Terapi dalam menetapkan dan mengawasi kebijakan penggunaan obat di lingkungan Rumah Sakit Analisis biaya pemakaian material kesehatan pada pasien Askes dan KJS di kamar operasi Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak periode Maret April 2013 merupakan tugas khusus yang diberikan pada Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini.

"Apotek merupakan salah satu sarana pelayanan kesehatan yang menunjang upaya pelayanan kesehatan. Apotek adalah suatu sarana pelayanan kesehatan, tempat pengabdian profesi Apoteker yang telah mengucapkan sumpah jabatan, tempat dilakukannya praktek kefarmasian, dan tempat penyaluran perbekalan farmasi kepada masyarakat.Untuk dapat melaksanakan kegiatan kefarmasian ini, seorang calon apoteker tidak hanya membutuhkan bekal pendidikan dan pengetahuan, akan tetapi juga penerapan ilmu yang telah didapatkan selama masa kuliah dalam hal pengelolaan apotek. Oleh sebab itu, dilakukan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Keselamatan pada 17 Juni - 26 Juli 2013. Tugas Khusus dengan judul "Pembuatan Media Promosi Kesehatan Di Apotek Tentang Anemia Defisiensi Besi Dan Penanganannya" bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada konsumen mengenai gejala penyakit anemia defisiensi besi serta pencegahan dan pengobatan anemia melalui media poster.

Pharmacy is one of the healthcare facilities that supporting efforts of the health care. Pharmacy is a health-care facilities, the place to implement of devotion Pharmacists profession who had uttered the oath of office, the place where profesional pharmacist work and distributed the pharmaceutical item to peoples. To be able to carry out the activities of the pharmaceutical services, a pharmacist not only requires the provision of education and knowledge, but also the application of knowledge that has been acquired during times of study in Pharmacy Management. Therefore, Pharmaceutical Internship Program was conducted in Keselamatan Pharmacy on July 17th - June 26 th, 2013. Specific assignment titled "The Preparation of Health Promotions about Iron Deficiency Anemia and The Handling in Pharmacy" aims to give the information to consumers about the symptoms, preventions and treatments of iron deficiency anemia used a poster as a health promotion."

Sedangkan tujuan dari tugas khusus adalah mengidentifikasi Drug Related Problems (DRP) yang terjadi pada rejimen pengobatan pasien Y di Paviliun Flamboyan Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak secara prospektif melalui rekam medis pada tanggal 04 - 10 Oktober 2013 serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengatasi DRP yang telah terjadi pada pasien tersebut.

Pharmacy personnel is one of the health professionals who play a role in providing health care to patients in the hospital . Hospital pharmacy services, regulated and managed by the Hospital Pharmacy ( IFRS ) . Pharmacists have an important role in the IFRS , for example to establish an optimal pharmaceutical care . Pharmacist Internship Program held on September 2nd to October 31st 2013 at Angkatan Laut Marinir Cilandak Hospital has an aims to identify and understand the duties, roles, functions and responsibilities of pharmacists in Hospital Pharmacy and obtain knowledge, skills and experience about the practical work in the hospital pharmacy of Marinir Cilandak Hospital . The purpose of the specific assignment is to identify Drug Related Problems (DRPs) that occur in the treatment regimen of Y patient prospectively through medical records at October 4th to October 10th, 2013 and provide recommendations to solve the DRPs that has occurred in the patients at the Pavilion Flamboyan Marinir Cilandak Hospital."

Kalbe Farma, Tbk. dan memilih pemasok terbaik untuk produk X menggunakan metode analytic hierarchy process (AHP) dan dibantu dengan perangkat lunak Expert Choice. The objective of this research is to analyze the supplier selection criteria at PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk. and select the best supplier for product X using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method with the support of Expert Choice software. The model used in this research is a model from the research done by Enyinda, Emeka, and Janel on 2010 about supplier selection in a generic pharmaceutical firm in US. Based on the weight result, Quality is the criteria with the highest priority, followed by Regulatory Compliance, Cost, Risk Management, Service, Supplier Profile, and Green Purchasing successively. Vendor D is selected to be the best supplier for product X by obtaining the highest weight based on the priority of supplier selection criteria."

"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Nasional (RSUPN) Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada mahasiswa apoteker di rumah sakit dalam peran manajemen perbekalan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Tugas khusus dengan judul "Pembuatan Leaflet Menggunakan Insulin dengan Benar" bertujuan sebagai layanan informasi obat dan sosialisasi cara menggunakan insulin dengan benar agar tercapai penggunaan obat yang rasional.

Apothecary Profession Internship in Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National Centre Hospital Jakarta was aimed to give comprehension to apothecary students about pharmaceutical supplies management and clinical pharmacy care in hospital. Beside that general assignment, there was specific assignment given to apothecary student which titled "The Composing of Leaflet about How to Use Insulin Pen Properly". This specific assignment was aimed to provide drug information and to socialize the proper use of insulin pen in order to achieve the rational use of drug."

Kegiatan ini berlangsungselama 2 bulan dari tanggal 1 Juli sampai dengan tanggal 31 Agustus 2015. PKP diindustri bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggungjawab Apoteker di Industri Farmasi; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan,keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian diIndustri Farmasi; memahami penerapan CPOB di Industri Farmasi; memilikigambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi.Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peranapoteker penting untuk menghasilkan obat-obatan yang aman, bermutu, danberkhasiat. Adanya PKP di PT MedifarmaLaboratories yang telah melaksanakan CPOB dengan baik di semua aspek, pesertaPKP lebih banyak mengetahui dan memahami seperti apa pelaksanaan CPOBsecara real dalam sebuah Industri. Seperti Industri yang lainnya PT MedifarmaLaboratories juga memiliki masalah seperti berpikir bagaimana mengatasi wastetime pada proses maupun para pekerja sehingga suatu proses berlangsung lebihcepat tetapi tetap menghasilkan hasil yang baik dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan,Oleh karena itu, Apoteker harus memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan dan kreatifitassehingga dapat mengatasi masalah-masalah tersebut.

This activity was held for two monthfrom July 1st until August 31th 2015. Profession internship at pharmaceuticalindustry was intended to make apothecary student understand the role ofpharmacist, have insight into the implementation of pharmaceutical practice,understand the implementation of Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB), andknow the issues in pharmaceutical practice in pharmaceutical industry. Based onthe activities, Apothecary at QC Department is responsible for supervising thequality of the product diproduski and ensure that the necessary and relevant testshave been conducted and that the materials have not been approved are not used aswell as products that have not been approved are not sold or supplied before thequality was assessed and found eligible. Apothecary student have obtained insightinto general routine activities in QC Department, those were an analysis of thestarting materials, finished products, inspection of the starting material. Inperforming the task in QC department, apothecary student make a spreadsheet andvalidate them to support the analysis and inspection of the starting material. PTMedifarma Laboratories that has implemented the GMP well in all aspects, giveapothecary student more aware and understand what the real implementation ofGMP in an industry. "ABSTRAKPraktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di apotek bertempat di Apotek Hidup Baru. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama empat minggu dari tanggal 5 sampai dengan tanggal 30 Oktober 2015. PKP di apotek bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengerti peranan Apoteker Penanggung Jawab Apotek (APA), memiliki wawasan tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian, dan memiliki gambaran nyata akan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang terjadi di apotek. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, Standar pelayanan farmasi di Apotek sebagian besar sudah diterapkan di apotek Hidup Baru meliputi pengelolaan perbekalan sediaan farmasi dan alat kesehatan, hal ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek Hidup Baru yang berorientasi kepada keselamatan pasien. Untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, mahasiwa diberikan tugas khusus yaitu membuat standar prosedur operasional pelayanan resep yang kemudian di implementasikan di apotek Hidup Baru. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi SPO pelayanan resep, pelayanan resep telah dilakukan menjadi lebih teratur dan jelas mengenai pembagian tugas dalam melakukan penyiapan resep serta lebih teratur serta terdokumentasi dengan baik.

ABSTRACTProfession Internship at apotek was held at apotek Hidup Baru. This activity was held for four weeks from October 5th until October 30th 2016. Profession Internship at apotek was intended to make apothecary student understand the role of pharmacist, have insight into the implementation of pharmaceutical practice, and know the issues in pharmaceutical practice in pharmacy. Based on the activities, most of pharmaceutical care standard at apotek been applied at apotek hidup baru, include management of phramaceutical adn medical device. This activities intendeed to increase pharmaceutical care quality at apotek Hidup Baru based on patient oriented. To improve understanding of apothecary student, they gave task to make standard operational procedure of prescription service. Based on implementation of standard operational procedure prescription service, it been more documented and tidier."
