"Pemancangan sistem tekan untuk pekerjaan pondasi dalam sering banyak dipilih di wilayah perkotaan. Dampak getaran yang dihasilkan, suara bising yang ditimbulkan dan mudahnya pemantauan kapasitas aksial tekan melalui manometer, menjadi penyebab metode pemancangan ini sebagai alternatif yang dipilih. Namun dalam pengawasannya tetap diperlukan uji PDA Test yang dilanjutkan dengan analisa CAPWAP untuk memverifikasinya. Berdasarkan hasil uji PDA dan analisa CAPWAP yang kami peroleh sejak tahun 2020 hingga tahun 2022, dijumpai beberapa hasil pemancangan dengan sistem tekan mengalami kegagalan kapasitas aksial. Penggunaan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan multivariate dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dengan mengetahui hubungan antara masing-masing variabel. Hasil analisis regresi linear biasa untuk tiang SQ25 dan SQ30 menunjukkan bahwa panjang tiang, final set dan tahanan gesek berpengaruh secara signifikan. Dan hasil analisis multivariate pada data No Problem Pile SQ25 dan SQ30 terlihat bahwa Y (𝑅𝑢) terhadap X2 (Lp) serta Y (𝑅𝑏) terhadap X1 (DFN) secara parsial yang memiliki korelasi secara tidak signifikan dan untuk variabel lainnya memiliki korelasi yang signifikan. Diperoleh nilai error untuk tingkat keakuratan pada No Problem Pile SQ25, Y (𝑅𝑢)=17.70%, Y (𝑅𝑠)=37.47%, Y (𝑅𝑏)=31.75% dan pada No Problem Pile SQ30, Y (𝑅𝑢)=20.39%, Y (𝑅𝑠)=34.46%, Y (𝑅𝑏)=33.39%. Dari korelasi penelitian lain diperoleh informasi kegagalan diduga tiang bertumpu pada lapisan tanah berjenis kerikil. Persentase besar kegagalan kapasitas aksial tiang didasarkan pada data yang ada pada interval tiang tertanam (Lp) (0-6 m) sebesar 20.24% dan (30-36 m) sebesar 33.33% untuk SQ25 serta (0-6 m) sebesar 46.154% dan diikuti interval (6-12 m) sebesar 3.704% untuk SQ30.

Piling of pressure systems for deep foundation work is often chosen in urban areas. The resulting vibration impact, the noise generated and the ease of monitoring the axial compressive capacity through a manometer, are the causes of this piling method as the chosen alternative. However, under supervision, a PDA test is still required, followed by CAPWAP analysis to verify it. Based on the PDA test results and CAPWAP analysis that we obtained from 2020 to 2022, it was found that several piles with a pressure driving system experienced axial capacity failure. Therefore a simple and multivariate linear regression analysis was performed to solve the problem of capacity failure by knowing the relationship between each variable. The results of the simple linear regression analysis for the SQ25 and SQ30 piles show that the pile length, final set and frictional resistance have a significant effect. And the results of multivariate analysis on the No Problem Pile SQ25 and SQ30 data, it can be seen that Y (𝑅𝑢) to X2 (Lp) and Y (𝑅𝑏) to X1 (DFN) partially have no significant correlation and for other variables have significant correlations. Obtained error values for the level of accuracy on No Problem Pile SQ25, Y (𝑅𝑢)=17.70%, Y (𝑅𝑠)=37.47%, Y (𝑅𝑏)=31.75% dan pada No Problem Pile SQ30, Y (𝑅𝑢)=20.39%, Y (𝑅𝑠)=34.46%, Y (𝑅𝑏)=33.39%. From the correlation of other studies, information was obtained on the failure of suspected piles resting on gravel soil. The large percentage of pile axial capacity failure is based on existing data on embedded pile intervals (Lp) (0-6 m) of 20.24% and (30-36 m) of 33.33% for SQ25 and (0-6 m) of 46.154% and followed by intervals (6-12 m) of 3.704% for SQ30.

"Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi rentabilitas bank syariah, yaitu faktor internal berupa perubahan jumlah aktiva produktif, perubahan kualitas aktiva produktif, tingkat efisiensi, dan faktor ekstemal berupa tingkat bunga Sertifikat Bank Indonesia, dan Nilai Tukar. Ada 2 (dua) Cara analisis yang dilakukan yaitu dengan analisis model yaitu regresi linear berganda metode backward dan analisis rasio keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (a) faktor yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi rentabilitas bank syariah dalam kondisi krisis ternyata hanya satu variabel independen yaitu variabel jumlah aktiva produktif, sedangkan variabel lainnya yaitu kualitas aktiva produktif, efisiensi, SBI. dan Nilai Tukar ternyata tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap rentabilitas bank syariah. Namun demikian disaat penulis melakukan analisa rasio. disamping jumlah aktiva produktif, maka faktor kualitas aktiva produktif dan efisiensi sangat mempengaruhi terhadap labalrugi bank syariah yaitu dalam tahun 1998 dan 1999. (b) faktor yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi rentabilitas bank syariah dalam pasca krisis adalah tiga variabel independen yaitu variabel Jumlah Aktiva Produktif, Efisiensi, dan tingkat bunga SBI. Implementasi hasil penelitian menyarankan (a) bank syariah seyogianya tidak menggunakan tingkat bunga sebagai benchmark untuk penentuan nisbah bagi hasil (b) Untuk mengantisipasi maturity gap dalam pendanaan, bank perlu menciptakan produk mudharabah yang berjangka waktu panjang dengan tidak selalu harus memberikan bagi hasil setiap bulan tetapi per triwulan, atau per semester, atau per tahun. (c) bank syariah hares mempertahankan kualitas aktiva produktifnya dengan menterapkan prinsip prinsip kehati-hatian, disamping selalu konsisten dalam melaksanakan prinsip syariah. (d) Pembukaan jaringan kantor, hendaknya bank tetap mengacu feasibility studi sehingga tingkat efisiensi dapat tetap dipertahankan. (e) Upaya sosiatisasi produk syariah kepada masyarakat terutama oleh manajemen dan seluruh sumber days insaninya terutama dalam bentuk tindakan yaitu konsisten men..rapkan prinsip syariah dalam kegiatan operasional sehari-hari.

The aim of this study is to analyse factors affecting syariah bank rentability, internal factor such as the changing from the number of Earning Assetss, the quality changing of Earning Assets, the rate of efficiency, and external factor such as the interest rate of certificate of Bank Indonesia, and exchanging of foreign currencies. There are two analizing method that are conducted, with model analysis that double linear regression-backward method and finance ratio analysis. The result of research shows that (a) the factor which is significant affecting syariah bank rentability in crisis condition is only one variable independent is the number of Earning Assets. While other factors such as the quality of Earning Assets, efficiency rate, Interest rate of Certificates Bank Indonesia, and foreign exchange currencies are not affecting significantly to syariah bank rentability. But when author doing ratio analysis, beside the number of productive active, the factor quality of productive and efficiency also very affecting to profit or loss syariah bank especially in 1998 and 1999. (b) factor that significantly affecting syariah bank rentability after crisis are three independent variables, variable the number of Earning Assets, efficiency, and interest rate of Certificate of Bank Indonesia. The implementation the result of research suggest (a) syariah bank should always not use interest rate as benchmark determining revenue sharing ratio (b) To anticipate maturity gap in funding, bank need to create long term mudharabah product with not always giving revenue sharing every month but per a quarter, or per a semester, or per a year. (c) Syariah bank must keep the quality of its earning assets by applying prudential principles, also always keeping to apply syariah principle consistently. (d) Open new branch, bank should keep relate study feasibility so the rate of efficiency can be kept. (e) The effot to socialize syariah product to society especially by management and all human resources especially in action corm that is consistently applying syariah principle in operational activities daily."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor fundamental dan teknikal terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur yang masuk dalam perhitungan Indeks LQ-45 dengan menggunakan Analisis Faktor dan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda untuk data panel dengan teknik Model Efek Tetap (Fixed Effect). Pengambilan sampel perusahaan dengan menggunakan purpossive sampling, yaitu perusahaan manufaktur yang termasuk indeks LQ45 selama periode 2004 hingga 2009. Faktor fundamental yang digunakan adalah faktor eksternal (harga minyak mentah dunia dan ekspor triwulan nasional), profitability (return on investment, basic earning power, return on common equity, dan cash flow on total assets), liquidity dan efficiency (account receivables turnover dan days receivables outstandings), solvency (debt ratio, rasio utang atas modal, dan equity multiplier), operation (days payables outstandings dan operating margin), rasio laporan arus kas (rasio arus kas operasi dan rasio total hutang), dan rasio keuangan dengan perusahaan pembanding (price to sales dan price to cashflow). Faktor teknikal diukur dari volum perdagangan saham.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of fundamental and technical factors on manufacturing companies' value which included in calculation of LQ-45 Index by using Factor Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis for panel data with Fixed Effect Model technique. It uses purposive sampling with the samples are manufacturing firms listed on LQ45 index for 2004 until 2009. Fundamental factors included are external (world crude oil price and national quarterly export value), profitability (return on investment, basic earning power, return on common equity, and cash flow on total assets), liquidity and efficiency (account receivables turnover and days receivables outstanding), solvency (debt ratio, debt to equity ratio, and equity multiplier), operation (days payables outstanding and operating margin ), cash flow statement ratio (operations cash flow ratio and total debt ratio), and financial ratio with consederation companies (price to sales and price to cash flow). Technical factor is measured from stock trading volume."

"This SpringerBrief focuses on modeling and power evaluation of high-speed craft. The various power prediction methods, a principal design objective for high-speed craft of displacement, semi-displacement, and planing type, are addressed. At the core of the power prediction methods are mathematical models for resistance and propulsion efficiency. The models are based on the experimental data of various high-speed hull and propeller series. The regression analysis and artificial neural network (ANN) methods are used as an extraction tool for this kind of mathematical models. A variety of mathematical models of this type are discussed in the book.
Once these mathematical models have been developed and validated, they can be readily programmed into software tools, thereby enabling the parametric analyses required for the optimization of a high-speed craft design.
