"ABSTRACTCitarum Harum is a program to restore the Citarum River. The problem of waste and sewage and the existence of the strategic Citarum River by splitting West Java Province are very supportive of economic growth, especially labour-intensive industries that can absorb a lot of labour into serious problems. Citarum, which is known as one of the dirtiest rivers in the world, urges the government to immediately issue regulations to start the restoration of the Citarum River Basin (DAS Citarum). Citarum watershed pollution and damage mitigation measures in an integrated strategic pace for control and law enforcement that integrate authority between government agencies and stakeholders related to Citarum watershed recovery based on Presidential Regulation No. 15 of 2018 concerning Acceleration of Pollution and Damage Control in the Citarum River Basin. Various steps and methods were taken to restore the Citarum watershed, as well as communication and coordination of the central government with various related parties such as the Environmental Service Office (DLH) of the West Java Provincial Government and Kodam III Siliwangi to be enhanced to immediately realize Harum Citarum."

"ABSTRAKLatar Belakang : Tulang adalah situs metastasis utama pada pasien kanker payudara. Berbagai biomarker telah dihubungkan dengan kecenderungan metastasis sel kanker payudara ke tulang, seperti CXCR4 dan RANK. Dickkopf-1 (DKK-1), suatu protein, diketahui sebagai regulator negatif dari jalur sinyal Wnt, yang ditemukan pada osteoblas matur dan osteosit. Bila dibandingkan dengan CXCR4 dan RANK, DKK-1 berada pada hulu / lebih awal dalam kaskade proses metastasis tulang, sehingga dengan mengetahui ekspresinya, diharapkan dapat menjadi prediktor yang lebih baik.Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengetahui apakah ekspresi DKK-1 dapat digunakan sebagai prediktor metastasis tulang pada kanker payudaraMetode Penelitian : Desain studi pada penelitian ini adalah studi kohort retrospektif terhadap data rekam medis pasien Divisi Bedah Onkologi Departemen Ilmu Bedah RSCM pada bulan Oktober 2018-Juni 2019. Analisis data dilakukan secara bivariat dan menggunakan uji Chi square atau uji Fiscer s exact. Nilai P <0,05 dianggap bermakna secara statistik.Hasil Penelitian : Dari 76 sampel penelitian (38 sampel metastasis tulang dan 38 sampel non metastasis tulang), didapatkan nilai cut off untuk H - Score dari keseluruhan sampel yaitu 142,5. Ekspresi DKK-1 tinggi bila nilai H - Score ≥ 142,5, ekspresi DKK-1 rendah bila nilai H - Score < 142,5. Terdapat 29 sampel dengan ekspresi DKK-1 tinggi dan 9 sampel dengan ekspresi DKK-1 rendah pada kelompok metastasis tulang, 8 sampel dengan ekspresi DKK-1 tinggi dan 30 sampel dengan ekspresi DKK-1 rendah pada kelompok non metastasis tulang (OR 95% CI 12,083 (4,101-35,600), p < 0,001).Kesimpulan : Ekspresi DKK-1 yang tinggi didapatkan pada kanker payudara dengan metastasis tulang.Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara ekspresi DKK-1 yang tinggi dengan kejadian metastasis tulang pada kanker payudara sehingga ekspresi DKK-1 dapat dijadikan sebagai faktor prediktor kejadian metastasis tulang pada kanker payudara. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan secara statistik dari faktor klinikopatologis terhadap ekspresi DKK-1 pada kanker payudara dengan metastasis tulang pada penelitian ini.Kata Kunci : Kanker Payudara, Metastasis Tulang, Dickkopf-1 (DKK-1)

ABSTRACTBackground : Bone is the main metastatic site in breast cancer patients. Various biomarkers have been linked to the tendency of metastatic breast cancer cells to bone, such as CXCR4 and RANK. Dickkopf-1 (DKK-1), a protein, is known as a negative regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway, which is found in mature osteoblasts and osteocytes. When compared with CXCR4 and RANK, DKK-1 is upstream / earlier in the cascade of bone metastasis, so that by knowing its expression, it is expected to be a better predictor.Aim : This study aims to determine whether the expression of DKK-1 can be used as a predictor of bone metastasis in breast cancer.Methods : The study design was a retrospective cohort study of patient medical record data of the Surgical Oncology Division, Department of Surgery, Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital in October 2018 - June 2019. Data analysis was carried out bivariately using Chi square test or Fischer s exact test. P value < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Result : 76 samples ( 38 with bone metastatic and 38 no bone metastatic), with cut off value for H-Score was 142,5. The expression of DKK-1 is high if the value of H-Score ≥ 142,5, and low expression if the score < 142,5. There were 29 samples with high DKK-1 expression and 9 samples with low DKK-1 expression in bone metastatic group, and 8 samples with high DKK-1 expression and 30 samples with low DKK-1 expression in no bone metastatic group (OR 95% CI 12,083 (4,101-35,600), p < 0,001)Conclusion : High DKK-1 expression is found in bone metastatic breast cancer. There is a significant relationship between high expression of DKK-1 and the incidence of bone metastatic, so that DKK-1 expression can be used as a predicting factor for bone metastatic. In this study, there is no statistically significant association between clinicopathological factors with DKK-1 expression in bone metastatic breast cancer."

Results from several empirical studies reported in this work show the importance of designing such markets properly in order to derive valuable predictions. After a short Part II on continuous data compression, Part III, the longest part of the book, is devoted to distributed information. This Part includes discussions on a variety of related topics; among them let us emphasize two which are famously associated with Ahlswede: multiple descriptions, on which he produced some of the best research worldwide, and network coding, which had Ahlswede among the authors of its pioneering paper. The final Part IV on Statistical Inference under Communication constraints is mainly based on Ahlswedes joint paper with Imre Csiszar, which received the Best Paper Award of the IEEE Information Theory Society."
