Penggunaan kucing yang tidak lazim tersebut menimbulkan banyak reaksi negatif dari kalangan masyarakat maupun para ahli. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan benar atau tidaknya terjadi pelanggaran etika yang dilakukan oleh pihak dari Moscow Cat Theatre ????? ????? , dikarenakan penggunaan kucing dalam pertunjukan-pertunjukan mereka. Sumber data penelitian ini berasal dari KUHP Federasi Rusia dan situs resmi dari organisasi pelindung hak asasi hewan Rusia, VITA.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis, berfokus pada memberi gambaran atau deskripsi secara utuh, terhadap suatu objek masalah yang diteliti dengan menggunakan data dan sampel yang terkumpul tanpa terlebih dahulu memberi analisis atau kesimpulan. The purpose of this research is to explain if it is true that violation of ethics are done by Moscow Cat Theatre rsquo s employee, because of the use of cats in their show. Source of this research come from the Criminal Code of Russian Federation and official website of Russia rsquo s animal rights protecting organization, VITA.Research method that used in this research is analytical description, focused on giving intact pictures or descriptions towards an object that investigated using data and sample collected without any analysis or conclusion. Research theory that used is Clasic Utilitarism. This research will give impact on citizen and government so they will more aware on life of animals, especially cats in Russia."
