"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis hubungan karakteristik individu, motivasi dan kepemimpinan dengan kinerja perawat diruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Polisi Pusat RS Sukanto Jakarta. Masalah ini timbul disebabkan belum adanya standardisasi tenaga keperawatan yang berguna untuk meningkatkan pelayanan keperawatan. Karakteristik individu, motivasi tenaga keperawatan dan kepemimpinan atasan merupakan faktor- faktor yang membentuk kinerja perawat agar dapat melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya dengan baik. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan Potong Lintang (Crass Sectional). Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Polisi Pusat RS Sukanto Jakarta sejumlah 121 orang sebagai total sampel. Data yang diperoleh merupakan data primer melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur terhadap sampel.
Hasil analisis bivariat dengan uji statistik chi-square menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara usia, masa kerja, motivasi dan kepemimpinan dengan kinerja. Berdasarkan analisis multivariat yang nenggunakan uji regresi logistik didapatkan variabel masa kerja mempunyai hubungan terkuat dengan kinerja tenaga keperawatan.
Disarankan untuk menggunakan informasi penelitian ini untuk kebijakan manajemen sumber daya manusia khususnya dalam perekrutan dan pengembangan karir.

Connection of Individual Characteristic, Motivation and Leadership with Nurse Labor Work in RS Sukanto Central Police Hospital Jakarta 2004This research was conducted to analyze relationship of individual characteristics, motivation and leadership with nurse's performance in nursery room at RS Sukanto Central Police Hospital. This problem occurs because there is no nurse standardization which is useful to increase nurse's service. Individual characteristic, nurse labor motivation and superior leadership are hypothetically related to nurse's performance enough. The design which is used in this research is Cross Sectional study. Research sample is all nurses in nursery rooms at RS Sukanto Central Police Hospital with 121 respondents as total sample. The received data are primary data throughout the interview using structured questionnaire for each sample.
The bivariate analysis result with chi-square statistical test shows that there's a significant relationship between age, sex, work time, motivation and leadership with nurse's performance. Based on multivariate analysis which is using logistic regression test, shows that work time variable is the only variable related to performance.
It is suggested to use this research information for human labor management policy especially for recruitment and career development.

"Penyakit jantung koroner (PJK) adalah penyebab paling umum kematian dini di dunia dan berdampak buruk pada kesejahteraan penderit. Ketidakpatuhan pada aturan diet PJK berhubungan dengan peningkatan angka kekambuhan PJK, namun masih banyak pasien gagal untuk mematuhi rekomendasi diet. Persepsi sakit merupakan prediktor penting untuk menilai kepatuhan terhadap regimen terapi. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk mengevaluasi hubungan persepsi sakit dengan kepatuhan diet pada pasien PJK di RS Kepolisian Pusat Dr. Said Sukanto. Penelitian cross sectional dilakukan dari Desember 2012 sampai Februari 2013. 85 pasien PJK dipilih melalui consecutive sampling. Kontinuitas korelasi chi square uji statistik digunakan untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara persepsi sakit dan kepatuhan diet.
Pemodelan regresi logistik ganda digunakan untuk menentukan faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan kepatuhan diet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi sakit yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan diet adalah perjalanan sakit (akut / kronis) (r = 2,64 dan P Nilai 0,017), kontrol perawatan (r = 2,34 dan P = 0,028 Nilai), dan penyebab (r = 1,76 dan nilai P 0,042). Waktu-perjalanan sakit merupakan faktor paling dominan yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan diet (OR = 14). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara klinis kepatuhan diet dapat diperbaiki dengan mengubah persepsi sakit dan perawatan klien. Memahami pola persepsi sakit dapat membantu mengidentifikasi strategi terbaik dalam merancang metode pendekatan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap diet

Coronary heart disease (CHD) is the most common cause of premature death in the world and negatively affects the sufferer's well-being. Non-adherence to diet regimes in CHD is associated with increased CHD reccurrence, yet many patients fail to adhere to diet recommendations. Illness perception is an important predictor for adherence to therapeutic regimens. The present study was designed to evaluate the relationship of illness perception on adherence to diet of patients with coronary heart disease in Dr. Said Sukanto Central Police Hospital. A cross sectional study was carried out from December 2012 to February. 85 CHD patients were examined through consecutive sampling. Continuity correlation chi square test statistic was used to evaluate the correlation between illness perception and diet adherence. Predictive multiple logistic regression modeling was used to determine factors that most associated with diet adherence. The result showed that illness perception related to diet adherence was including timeline (acute/chronic) (r = 2.64 and p value 0.017), treatment control (r = 2.34 and p value = 0.028), and cause (r = 1.76 and p value 0.042). Timeline was the most dominant illness perception variable associated to diet adherence (OR=14). The results suggest that in clinical practice adherence may be improved by altering patients illness and treatment perceptions. Understanding patterns in illness perception may help identify the best strategies to promote a tail approach for improving adherence to diet."

"Kinerja personil baik kuantitas maupun kualitas dalam organisasi rumah sakit merupakan penampilan dari setiap upaya pelayanan kesehatan yang merupakan tanggung jawab perawat manajer. Perawat manajer adalah orang yang terlibat dalam akreditasi dan bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan pelayanan keperawatan, sehingga tujuan pelayanan keperawatan yang bermutu tercapai.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran 'hubungan antara pemahaman tentang akreditasi rumah sakit dan karakteristik dengan kinerja perawat manajer di Rumah Sakit Kepolisian Pusat Raden Said Sukanto Jakarta'. Disain penelitian adalah deskriptif korelasional, pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 80 orang, dengan instrumen kuesioner yang telah diujikan hasil valid dan reliabel.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pemahaman akreditasi Rumah Sakit bidang pelayanan keperawatan dengan kinerja perawat manajer (p=0,973). Perawat manajer yang paham tentang akreditasi lebih baik, memiliki peluang untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya dibandingkan dengan perawat manajer yang kurang paham. Sedangkan karakteristik menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja perawat manajer.
Disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman perawat manajer tentang akreditasi tidak berhubungan bermakna dengan kinerja perawat. Direkomendasikan bahwa pimpinan rumah sakit perlu menjelaskan pemahaman perawat manajer tentang akreditasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan manajer dalam pengelolaan pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit.

In a hospital organization, the personnel's performance from both the quality or quantity standpoint reflects the effort in health service was responsible nurse manager. The person who is involved in the accreditation process is the nurse manager and he/ she is responsible in managing the nursing services to achieve the high quality nursing services.
This research is intended to illustrate 'the relationship between the understanding of hospital accreditation and individual characteristic with the performance of nurse managers at the Raden Said Sukanto Main Police Hospital in Jakarta'. The research format is a co relational descriptive with a cross sectional characteristic. The sample for this research is taken from the entire nurse manager staff at the RS Sukanto Main Police Hospital numbering to 80 people, the instrument used with the validity and reliability test.
The result reveals that there is no significant relation between the understanding of hospital accreditation in the field of nursing services with the nurse manager's performance (p=0.973). A nurse manager who understands the gist of accreditation has a slightly better chance to improve his/her performance compared to a nurse manager who is insufficient in his/her understanding of the accreditation. The research on characteristic reveals that there is no significant relation between the individual's characteristic and the performance of nurse managers at the RS Sukanto Main Police Hospital.
The conclusion of this study showed that there isn't significant relation between the undertanding nurse manager with performance nurse's. From this result can be suggested for direction hospital need explained the continuation of the accreditation process to provide an effective learning experience to increase the quality of the nursing service is recommended.

Kolaborasi merupakan hubungan rekanan sejati, semua pihak menghargai kekuasaan pihak lain, mengenal, menerima lingkup kegiatan, melindungi, tujuan diketahui bersama. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kolaborasi perawat dengan dokter di Rumah Sakit Pusat Kepolisian RS. Sukanto Jakarta. Desain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional, jumlah sample 104. Sampel penelitian adalah random sampling perawat yang bekerja di ruang rawat inap, instrumennya kuesioner. Hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan kontrol kekuasaan dengan kolaborasi p value 0,001, tujuan bersama p value 0,006, proses p value 0,000. Hasil Multivariat : faktor paling berpengaruh terhadap kolaborasi perawat dengan dokter adalah proses. Saran : manajemen melibatkan perawat dalam proses, tujuan bersama, berbagi kontrol kekuasaan disetiap kebijakan organisasi.

Abstract
Collaboration respresents a real partnership, all respect the authority of each party, recognize, accept the scope of activities, preserve, and the goal is known together. The purpose of this research was to find out factors that influence nurse-doctor collaboration at Sukanto Police Central Hospital Jakarta. This research design was descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach, involving 104 samples. Research samples were the total population of nurses working at impatient unit. This study used questionnaire as the instrument. Result of this study showed a correlation between power control and collaboration (p value 0,001), conmon goal (p value 0,006), and process (p value 0,000). Conclusion the most influential factor to nurse-doctor collaboration is the process. Suggestion management engage nurses in process, common goal, sharing power control in every organizational policy."

"Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi pasien dinas Polri atas kualitas pelayanan rawat inap kelas III RS. Polpus Sukanto dengan minat mereka untuk memanfaatkan kembali pelayanan tersebut dimasa mendatang. Yang dimaksud pasien dinas pasien yang biaya berobat di RS. Polpus Sukanto ditanggung oleh institusi Polri. Variabel kualitas yang diteliti adalah variabel kualitas fasilitas dan penampilan petugas, kualitas pelayanan perawat, kualitas pelayanan dokter dan kualitas pelayanan makanan dengan cara membandingkan kenyataan yang dirasakan dengan harapan atas pelayanan yang seharusnya mereka terima. Penelitian dilakukan dengan desain kuantitatif cross sectional.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi pasien terhadap kualitas pelayanan perawat, pelayanan dokter, dan pelayanan makanan secara signifikan berhubungan dengan minat pasien dinas untuk memanfaatkan kembali pelayanan rawat inap kelas III RS. Polpus Sukanto. Sehingga upaya meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pasien dinas lebih diarahkan pada perbaikan ke 3 pelayanan tersebut, dalam usaha meningkatkan minat pasien dinas yang semakin menurun dalam 4 tahun terakhir.

This thesis aim is to find out the Association between service quality perception of 3th class in-patient RS.Polpus Sukanto with behavior intention from internal patient. Internal patient is patient that all of his health care debt in RS Sukanto Police Hospital will be paid by Police Department. Variables will be explored are quality of facility, quality of nurse care, quality of doctor’s attitude , quality of food service by comparing their perception of service they get and they want (what it should).
The result shows that there are significant association between quality perception of nurse care and behavioral intention, quality perception of doctor’s attitude and behavioral intention, and between quality perception of food service and behavioral intention. The Research conducted in Cross sectional quantitative desain. Result of this research is expected to beoome references for RS. Polpus Sukanto in effort to improve intemal patient enthusiasm which downhill progressively in 4 the last year.

"ABSTRAK
Pengenalan wajah merupakan salah satu topik pada ilmu pengolahan citra yang sering dikembangkan. Salah satu dari metode pengenalan wajah ialah dengan menggunakan jaringan saraf tiruan. Jaringan saraf tiruan mengenali wajah-wajah dengan cara mempelajari wajah-wajah yang disediakan untuk pembelajaran. Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan pada tulisan ini ialah dengan lapisan tersembunyi berbentuk hemisfer yang merupakan pengembangan dari metode
backpropagation dengan data masukan yang direduksi oleh algoritma PCA. Metode ini menggunakan informasi sudut wajah pada citra sebagai parameter masukan selain data citra wajah tersebut. Seiring dengan majunya teknologi pengambilan gambar, metode ini dapat digunakan untuk mengenali wajah secara tiga dimensi.

ABSTRACT
Face recognition is one of most discussed topics in image processing. A method used for face recognition is using artificial neural networks. Artificial neural network recognizes faces by learning the faces given to train. The learning method proposed in this paper is using hemispheric structure hidden layer which is an improvement of backpropagation algorithm with reduced data as input using principal component analysis algorithm. This method needs face’s angle on the image as parameter inputs instead of only face data. As the technology of capturing image growing, this method can be applied as an algorithm for 3D face recognition."
