"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas mengenai integrasi sistem informasi perpustakaan yang ada di lingkungan Universitas Indonesia UI dengan Perpustakaan UI dalam menuju perpustakaan digital. Integrasi yang dilakukan adalah pemindahan koleksi fisik kedalam satu tempat, pemindahan SDM, serta pemindahan data. Fokus penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis bagaimana integrasi sistem informasi perpustakaan yang ada di UI. Integrasi sistem informasi perpustakaan didukung dengan dibangunnya software yang disebut sistem LONTAR Library Automation and Digital Archive . Dalam penerapannya tidak semua perpustakaan fakultas setuju dengan integrasi tersebut. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya beberapa pertimbangan seperti sulit untuk diakses karena tidak semua fakultas di UI berlokasi di Depok sehingga waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mencari koleksi menjadi lebih lama. Dalam penelitian ini teori yang digunakan adalah teori interoperabilitas terutama yang berkaitan dengan interoperabilitas organisasi milik Gottschalk Saether. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan integrasi tersebut tidak didukung dengan kebijakan yang ada dari UI sehingga saat ini tidak ada SOP yang jelas mengenai penerapan integrasi sistem informasi perpustakaan di lingkungan UI dengan Perpustakaan UI.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to show how integrated of library system at Universitas Indonesia environment with library of Universitas Indonesia towards digital library. Integration is the transfer of physical collections into one place, transfer of human resources, and data transfer. This study focussed on how to analysis integration information system at Unversitas Indonesia. Integration of information system has been supported by establishing asoftware named LONTAR Library Automation and Digital Archive . Not all faculty libraries agree with the integration. This is due to some considerations such as difficult to access because not all faculties in UI are located in Depok so that the time required to search the collection becomes longer. This study used the theory of interoperability associated with interoperability organization Gottschalk Saether. The result of this study is the application of integration is not supported by existing policy from UI so that there is no clear SOP about implementation of library information system integration in Universitas Indonesia environment with Library of Universitas Indonesia. "

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai penyebaran informasi dan proses pengolahan informasi sampai ke penyebaran informasi hukum dan peradilan di Perpustakaan Komisi Yudisial RI .Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peran teknologi informasi dalam penyebaran informasi hukum dan peradilan yang dilakukan perpustakaan Komisi Yudisial RI dan mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala penyebaran informasi yang dilakukan oleh Perpustakaan Komisi Yudisial RI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyebarain informasi yang dilakukan oleh Perpustakaan Komisi Yudisial dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi masih tergantung terhadap media eletronik dalam penyebaran informasi nya masi menggunakan sarana internet dan web. Kendala yang masih dihadapi adalah bagaimana informasi terkait hukum dan peradilan di Perpustakaan Komisi Yudisial sampai kepada sasaran yang dituju dan bagaimana informasi tersebut sampai kepada masyarakat diluar dari sasaran yang terpusat seperti jakarta.

This thesis discusses the process of information dissemination and processing of information dissemination to law and justice in the Library of the Judicial Commission of Indonesia. This study used a qualitative approach to the case study method. This study aimed to identify the role of information technology in the dissemination of information law and justice is done Judicial Commission RI library and identify the constraints dissemination of information carried by the Library Commission of Judicial Affairs. The results showed that penyebarain library information by the Judicial Commission in the use of information technology is dependent on electronic media in the dissemination of its information masi using the internet and web facilities. Hurdles is how the information related to law and justice in the Library of the Judicial Commission to the intended target and how the information is up to the community outside of centralized targets such as Jakarta."

"Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai evaluasi portal perpustakaan digital Universitas Indonesia dengan menggunakan teori Saracevic, yang difokuskan pada aspek user center dan sistem center yakni: user-centered dan system centered. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengevaluasi portal perpustakaan digital UI dari sudut pandang pengguna melalui penyebaran kuesioner ke 100 orang mahasiswa. yang telah menggunakan portal perpustakaan digital tersebut. Metode penyebaran dilakukan dengan metode accidental. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa portal pada perpustakaan UI sangat bermanfaat bagi mahasiswa.
