"Telekomunikasi pada abad ke-21 di dunia sudah sangat penting untuk komunikasi antarorang ataupun antara gadget. Salah satu teknologi tersebut adalah satelit. Salah satu komponen penting pada nanosatelit adalah OBDH/ On-Board Data Handling berfungsi sebagai media yang berfungsi untuk fungsi perintah dan pengolahan data. Namun, diperlukan adanya TTC (Telemtery, Tracking, and Command )yang berguna untuk menghubungkan antara ground station dengan nanosatelit. Adapun, pada penelitian kali ini, penelitian ini akan memfokuskan pada perancangan Hardware dan Software On-Board Data Handling dan hubungannya dengan TTC khususnya TNC(Terminal Node Controller).

Telecommunications in the 21st century the world has been very important for communication between individuals or between gadgets. One such technology is the satellite. One important component is the nanosatelit OBDH / On-Board Data Handling serves as a medium that serves for the command and data processing functions. However, it is necessary to TTC (Telemtery, Tracking, and Command) is useful for connecting between the ground station with nanosatelit. Meanwhile, in the present study, the research will focus on designing hardware and software On-Board Data Handling and its relationship with the TTC, especially TNC (Terminal Node Controller)."

"Lijphart’s (1999, 2012) ground-breaking distinction indexes between consensus and majoritarian democracies (based on 10 features of democracy) represents the influential and prominent typology of modern democracies. On the other hand, sustainable development can be defined as development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. However, the previous literature is not clear about the performance of different democratic structures on various environmental sustainability standards. With the purpose of exploring the effects of patterns of majoritarian and consensus democracy on environmental sustainability, this study selected the independent variables of “executives-parties” and “federal-unitary”, and the dependent variables of environmental health, ecosystem vitality and environmental performance index. Panel data modeling was used to analyze the secondary data for OECD and/or EU-member countries for the period of 2000 to 2020. Several results emerge from this study. First, the possibility to promote environmental health from the majority system along the “federal-unitary” dimension of governmental organization and the consensus system along the “executives-parties” dimension of democratic representation. Second, the possibility to promote ecosystem vitality from the consensus system along the “federal-unitary” dimension. Third, the possibility to promote environmental sustainability from the consensus system along the “federal-unitary” dimension. In sum, the results from this study indicate that in the most advanced and wealthiest countries, the individual and total performances on environmental sustainability of consensus democracy are superior to majoritarian democracy. Besides, the effects on environmental sustainability of shared and limited power in governmental organizations are superior to comprehensiveness of democratic representation in executive and legislative sectors."

"Salah satu cara yang umum digunakan oleh para pengambil keputusan investasi dalam mendapatkan informasi mengenai aspek ESG adalah melalui data yang disediakan oleh lembaga penyedia data ESG. Akan tetapi, kurangnya transparansi, kekhawatiran akan praktik greenwashing dan berbagai risiko seperti benturan kepentingan mengkhawatirkan investor dan memicu para regulator di berbagai bagian dan negara seperti Uni Eropa, Jepang, dan India berencana untuk mengadakan pengaturan terhadap lembaga penyedia data ESG. Di Indonesia sendiri juga belum ada peraturan yang mengatur tentang lembaga tersebut dan hingga saat ini belum ditemukan adanya rencana pengaturan terhadap lembaga tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana respon regulator ketiga negara tersebut terhadap perkembangan industri lembaga penyedia data ESG di negaranya serta apakah di Indonesia juga terdapat urgensi untuk mengadakan pengaturan terhadap lembaga tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa meskipun masih dalam tahap perkembangan, lembaga penyedia data ESG di Uni Eropa, Jepang dan India sudah lumayan kompleks dibandingkan dengan Indonesia. Di Uni Eropa telah ada peraturan yang mengatur tolok ukur ESG dari sisi benturan kepentingan, transparansi, kontrol internal, hingga pertanggungjawabannya. Sedangkan regulator Jepang tengah merancang suatu pedoman perilaku bagi lembaga penyedia data ESG yang mencakup prinsip-prinsip antara lain seperti penjagaan kualitas data, manajemen benturan kepentingan, dan transparansi. Di India juga sedang dirancang peraturan yang mencakup perizinan, transparansi, serta benturan kepentingan. Didapatkan pula bahwa di Indonesia juga perlu diadakan pengaturan terhadap lembaga penyedia data ESG karena perlindungan hukum yang kurang memadai, beberapa masalah yang ada pada lembaga penyedia data ESG, berkaca dari kasus perusahaan pemeringkat efek, dan merupakan salah satu prinsip IOSCO tentang Regulasi Pasar Modal.

One of the ways commonly used by investment decision makers in obtaining information about ESG aspects is through the data provided by ESG data providers. However, lack of transparency, concerns over greenwashing practices and various risks such as conflict of interest are worrying investors and have prompted regulators in various parts and countries such as the European Union, Japan and India to regulate ESG data providers. In Indonesia itself, there are currently no regulations governing this institution and to date there has been no plan to regulate this institution. Therefore, this research aims to understand the response of the regulators of the three countries to this matter as well as whether there is an urgency in Indonesia to regulate these institutions. This research uses normative juridical research methods using secondary data. The results of the study shows that in the European Union there exists regulations that regulate ESG benchmarks in terms of conflict of interest, transparency, internal control, and its accountability. Meanwhile, the Japanese regulator is designing a code of conduct for ESG data providers which includes but not limited to principles such as maintaining data quality, conflict of interest management, and transparency. In India, regulation is also being drafted covering issues including but not limited to licensing, transparency, and conflicts of interest. It was also found that in Indonesia there is an urgency to regulate ESG data providers due to inadequate legal protection, some problems exist with ESG data providers, reflecting on the past cases of credit rating agencies, and it is one of the IOSCO Principles of Securities Regulation."

"Penelitian tesis ini mengusulkan metode data mining untuk peramalan beban listrik jangka pendek dengan menggunakan kombinasi wavelet transform dan algoritma group method of data handling (WGMDH). Wavelet transform digunakan untuk mendekomposisi dan menganalisis sinyal beban listrik yang memiliki tren dan berfungsi sebagai proses penyaringan untuk meningkatkan kualitas data sebelum dilakukan peramalan menggunakan GMDH. Metode diuji pada data beban listrik yang terdapat pada sistem ketenagalistrikan Sumatera. Kinerja metode yang diusulkan dibandingkan dengan metode GMDH tanpa kombinasi wavelet dan metode koefisien. Metode yang diusulkan dapat memperbaiki akurasi peramalan beban listrik jangka pendek dibandingkan dengan model GMDH tanpa wavelet dan metode koefisien, yaitu menghasilkan MAPE lebih kecil dari 2%.

This thesis proposes a method of data mining for short-term load forecasting using a combination of wavelet transform and group methods of data handling (WGMDH). The wavelet transform is used to decompose, analyze and filter the signals trend of the electrical load to generate electricity load data into a higher quality before forecasting using GMDH. The proposed method is tested on the datasets of the power system of Sumatera. The performance of the proposed method compared with the GMDH method without the combination of wavelet transform and coefficient method. The proposed method can improve the accuracy in short-term load forecasting rather than GMDH without wavelet and coefficient method, the MAPE result is less than 2%."
