There has been changing in paradigm of health, beganwith sick paradigm which curative aspects as focus, to health paradigm with promotion and preventive as focus.Medical check up is one of units in Pelayanan Kesehatan St. Carolus (PKSC) that bad been prepared to health paradigm. PKSC which has serve community health from long time ago, get the impact of high competition in health services.PKSC must aware of the market to answer this situation. One of the answer by doing analysis of segmentation, targeting and positioning private customer of PKSC medical check up unit to know the segment, target and positioning of this unit. This research takes respondent from visitors of PKSC specialist policlinics, with assume by knowing the segment of this unit we can have target of medical check unit. The research is quantitative by using questioner in segmentation and qualitative by doing depth interview to decide target and positioning of medical check up unit. From this research, we got segment of this uoit, by analysis demography, socioeconomic and psicography variables, are upper low and middle class of society. The positioning of PKSC medical unit is to give satisfaction by quality and good services. Advices for this unit are to make a product that focus to martenity and geriartri with competitive price, more active in promotion that can be doing by media such make consultation space in news paper. In the future} medical check up unit and the other support facility will focus in one service area to give easy access and comfortable for costumer."

"Latar Belakang: Saat ini kanker menjadi masalah kesehatan dunia yang serius dengan angka kesakitan, kecacatan dan kematian yang sangat tinggi, termasuk kasus kanker tulang yang dapat menimbulkan penurunan kesejahteraan pada semua aspek kehidupan. Tujuan: Menciptakan model IKI yang teruji efektivitasnya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan pasien kanker tulang melalui kajian pijat onkologi, psiko edukasi dan doa tafakur. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain mixed methods jenis sequential exploratory. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 18 bulan dimulai November 2021 hingga April 2023 di 3 RS rujukan kanker Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Uji coba model IKI dengan pendekatan RCT dengan 60 responden secara block randomized, pengumpulan data menggunakan: BPI, PMS, BFI, PSQI, PWBI dan SWBS, dengan analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil: Kesejahteraan pasien kanker tulang yang diberikan asuhan keperawatan model IKI lebih baik dibanding asuhan keperawatan standar RS. Model IKI efektif terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan fisik, kesejahteraan spiritual dan total kesejahteraan pasien hari 5, namun kurang efektif untuk kesejahteraan psikologis secara umum. Simpulan: Model IKI efektif untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan pasien kanker tulang. Saran: Model IKI dapat diterapkan pada pelayanan asuhan KMB dan direkomendasikan uji coba tak terbatas dengan episode perawatan lebih lama, area lebih luas dan sampel lebih besar.

Background: Currently, cancer is a serious world health problem with very high rates of morbidity, disability and death, including cases of bone cancer which can cause a decline in well-being.

Objective: To create an IKI (intervensi keperawatan integratif)/INI (integrative nursing intervention) model which has proven its effectiveness in improving the well-being of bone cancer patients trought a study of oncological massage, psycho-education and tafakur pray.

Method: Trials of the IKI (INI) model with an RCT approach using a block randomized sample of 60 respondents, data collection with: BPI, PMS, BFI, PSQI, PWBI and SWBS, with data analysis: univariate, bivariate and multivariate.

Results: That the well-being of bone cancer patients who were given IKI model nursing care was better than standard hospital nursing care. The IKI (INI) model is effective in improving physical well-being, increasing spiritual well-being and increasing total patient well-being on day 5, but is less effective for psychological well-being in general.

Conclusion: The IKI (INI) model studies oncological massage, psycho-education and tafakur prayer is effective in improving the well-being of primary bone cancer patients. Suggestion: The IKI (INI) model can be applied in KMB care services, it is recommended that an unlimited trial of the IKI (INI) model be conducted for a longer time, a wider area, and a larger sample.
