Meskipun setiap orang dapat menganggap diri mereka sebagai penggemar, tetapi tidak banyak penggemar yang berusaha untuk menjadi bagian dari fandom di mana waralaba tersebut telah berakhir. Indo Harry Potter adalah komunitas yang berbasis di Jakarta di mana anggotanya masih aktif berpartisipasi dan terlibat meskipun waralaba Harry Potter telah berakhir selama sembilan tahun. Tulisan ini akan mencoba untuk memahami komunitas Indo Harry Potter melalui lensa budaya partisipatif. Melalui penelitian sekunder menggunakan data dari riset yang sudah dilakukan oleh Ramayudanto, Soetomo, dan Yudhistira pada tahun 2019, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa budaya partisipatif dapat ditemukan pada komunitas di Indo Harry Potter."

"ABSTRAKSalah satu indikator kesehatan suatu negara adalah Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI). Untukmenurunkan AKI diusahakan agar setiap persalinan di tolong oleh tenaga kesehatanuntuk mencegah komplikasi saat persalinan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui pengaruh nilai-nilai kepercayaan terhadap terjadinya perdarahan postpartum. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatanGrounded Theory. Enam orang partisipan dalam penelitian ini didapatkan dengan carapurfosif sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perempuan yang mengalamiperdarahan postpartum dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu kebiasaan hidup selama hamil,keyakinan budaya tentang kehamilan dan persalinan, ketidaksetaraan gender, kebiasaanuntuk berobat ke dukun, asupan nutrisi yang kurang pada ibu hamil, akses kepelayananterhadap kesehatan, keterlambatan pengambilan keputusan mencari penolongpenanganan kehamilan dan persalinan, support positif dari tenaga kesehatan.Penelitian ini memberikan informasi yang bermanfaat untuk menentukan kebijakan bagipemerintah Kabupaten Ende dan tokoh masyarakat yang terkait dalam hal nilai-nilaikepercayaan yang mempengaruhi terjadinya perdarahan postpartum. Perawat yangbekerja dalam area keperawatan maternitas dan penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapatmenyediakan waktu untuk memfokuskan mengkaji pada masyarakat yang masihmemegang kuat akan adat dan budayanya terutama terhadap perawatan kehamilan danpersalinan.

ABSTRACTOne of health indicators of a country is the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR). To reducethe numbers of MMR, it is recommended that every delivery process should be assistedby healthcare professionals to minimize postpartum complications. The aim of this studywas to investigate the impact of belief values of people in Ende to the occurrence ofpostpartum hemorrhage. This study was a qualitative in nature that employed a groundedtheory approach. Six participants were selected using a purposive sampling method. Theresearch findings showed that women who experienced postpartum hemorrhage wereaffected by several factors including life habit during pregnancy, cultural belief inpregnancy and childbirth process, gender inequity, habit in seeking help to traditionalbirth attendants (TBA), insufficient of nutrition intake among pregnant women,minimum access to health care services, decision making to seek help for pregnancycare and childbirth process, and positive support from health care providers. This studyprovided valuable information for policy makers of the Ende Local Government andtraditional local leaders who involved in the preservation of belief values that affectedthe incident of postpartum hemorrhage. It suggested that nurses who work at maternitynursing area to provide adequate time to examine the customary and cultural valuesamong traditional communities, particularly those relating to pregnancy and childbirthcare and focus the further research on those issues."

"Tesis ini membahas proses pengorganisasian yang terjadi di Organisasi Tani Lokal Serikat Petani Pasundan (OTL SPP) di Desa Sagara. Termasuk membahas berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi organisasi dan bagaimana mereka menemukan penyelesaikannya. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan studi kasus di desa Sagara yang menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam dan diskusi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pengorganisasian bukanlah proses yang liner tapi proses saling saling terkait dan dapat berjalan bersamaan yang berlangsung berulang dan terus menerus, yang tidak boleh berhenti karena jika tercapai tujuan yang satu, tujuan yang lain sudah menanti. Berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi mobilitas organisasi harus dikelolah dengan baik. Hasil penelitian menyarankan SPP untuk memperbaiki keorganisasiannya secara menyeluruh dan menjalankannya sesuai dengan kesepakatan yang dibuat.

This thesis studies about organizing process which happen at Pasundan Peasant Alliance generally and especially at Local Peasant Organization of Sagara. Including of the challenges which faced by the organization and how the handle and solve it. This research use qualitative research of Sagara village case study which use in depth interview and discussion.

The result of this research is that organizing is not a liner process but processes which related one an another and also can run in the same time, repeatedly and continuously which shouldn’t stop because if one purpose had reached, other objectives are waiting. Factors that influence organizing mobilization must be managed well.

Research results suggest Pasundan Peasant Alliance reorganize their whole organization in holistic and implement as agreement that they had made."

"Penelitian ini menganalisis pemberdayaan masyarakat adat di era desentralisasi dengan studi kasus pemberdayaan komunitas adat terpencil terhadap Suku Anak Dalam di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi Provinsi Jambi Tahun 2004-2006. Penelitian ini beragumen, bahwa desentralisasi mengakomodasi masyarakat adat melalui ketentuan legal di dalam UU No.32 Tahun 2004, namun desentralisasi belum mempengaruhi dalam aspek pembuatan program pemberdayaan komunitas adat terpencil. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori multikulturalisme yang berasal dari Kymlicka, Raz, dan Parekh. Serta, konsep desentralisasi politik, pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan masyarakat adat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam sebagai data primer, dan data sekunder seperti undang-undang, peraturan pemerintah, dan studi pustaka lainnya. Penelitian ini menemukan beberapa hasil, diantaranya; Pertama¸ pemerintah daerah tidak membuat program pemberdayaan komunitas adat terpencil dengan mekanisme bottom up, melainkan dengan pandangan subjektif terhadap Suku Anak Dalam yang harus di modernisasi. Kedua¸ program pemberdayaan terhadap Suku Anak Dalam tidak sesuai dengan kondisi budaya dan tidak memenuhi akses pelayanan sosial. Ketiga¸ pemerintah daerah masih bergantung terhadap mekanisme pemberdayaan dan anggaran pemberdayaan yang diberikan pemerintah pusat.

This research analyzes the empowerment of indigenous community in decentralization era with the case study of the empowerment of remote indigenous community towards Suku Anak Dalam in Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, Jambi Province in 2004-2006. This research argues that decentralization accommodates indigenous community within legal provision in UU No.32 Tahun 2004, but decentralization is not yet to take effect on affecting the manufacture of remote indigenous community programs.

This research uses the multiculturalism theory from Kymlicka, Raz, and Parekh. In addition, the researcher is also using political decentralizations concept, the concept of community empowerment, and indigenous community concept. This research employment qualitative methods with in-depth interviewing technique as the primary source of data, and legal provisions like law, government regulations, and other literature study, as the secondary sources.

This research find out that, First, the local government does not make the remote indigenous community empowerment program with a bottom up mechanism, rather with a subjective view towards Suku Anak Dalam that needs to be modernized. Second, the empowerment program for Suku Anak Dalam does not match the cultural condition. Third, the local government still depends on the empowerment mechanism and the empowerment budget that is given by the central government."
