According to the data at 2007, it is estimated about twenty percents of total Indonesia population are adolescents. These adolescents within in range of their age with consciousness and risen sexual activity. Some studies have showed that adolescents are such vulnerable population to sexually transmitted infection. This study is aimed to analyze sociodemography and socioculture factors which related with sexual transmitted infection (STI) amongst Indonesia adolescents. It is conducted as secondary data analyzing by using Young Adult Reproductive Health Survey 2007. The prevalence of STI amongst Indonesia adolescents whom became SKRRI 2007 respondents is 10%. Sex has strong association with STI. Girls are more vulnerable to STI than boys. It caused by its reproductive organ is wider and receptive type.

"The justification of this paper is to see how
Indonesia's socio-cultural, religious and political settings
surrounding reproductive health education and services for
young people have evolved and whether any progresses have
been made since the i994 lCPD Population Program of Action.
Why do the Indonesian government still demonstrate a very
conservative approach towards sexuality even though
increasing numbers of STDs/HW/AIDS, premarital sex and
unsafe premarital abortion are more apparent among young
people? Why is reproductive health still absent from the public
policy agenda? And why has these issues been forgotten-
hidden ' and nat being properly addressed? Discussion will also
be focus on how the government still treats young Indonesian
as a non-sexual being. This paper is based on the l994/95
Sexuality and Marriage Values Survey and field research in
indonesia during August 2000-March 2001. The survey was
funded by the Demography and Sociology Program, Australian
National University while the Australian ?s Department of
Education, Training and Youth Affairs through the Merdeka
Fellowship program sponsored the second part of the data
collection.

"Reproductive medicine is a growing field with new technology emerging faster than we can assess consumer’s perceptions of –the number of cancer survivors are growing and there is a great need to attend to their quality of life-this book addresses the needs of males and females, identifies effective communication strategies and proactive measures for health care professionals and researchers to use as well as identifying gaps in the literature where more research is needed."

"The objective of this paper is to focus on the methodological
aspect in studying young people's sexuality. Due to the extreme sensitivity
in studying this issue, an eclectic approaches to data gathering which
include survey, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, media
clippings and daily _,field note is used. Five sexual indices developed from
the 1994/'95 Sexuality and Marriage Values Survey is elaborated and
discussed. The index score produced from the sexual indices for sexual
behavior are categorized into three groups: low, medium and high.
Respondents who have a high score are assumed to be more liberal than
respondents with a low score. The paper also discussed the advantages,
disadvantages and how to make focus group and in-depth interview work in
such a conservative cultural setting. Finally, the paper speculate; in trying
to understanding sexuality referred to by researchers as ?ego-threatening ',
?sensitive', and 'taboo topics' by using the eclectic approaches to data
gathering.

Compared to other ASEAN countries, infant mortality in Indonesia is higher. To reduce infant mortality, we need comprehensive understanding about its determinants. Generally, this research’s aim is to study infant mortality and its survival rate based on health and demographic factors. In this research, method of analyses are descriptive analysis, logistic regression analysis and proportional hazard model analysis. Logistic regression analysis is used to examine influence of health and demographic factors on infant mortality. Proportional hazard model is used to investigate the impacts of health and demographic factors on survival rate of infant. This research uses the results of the 2007 Indonesia Demographic and Health Survey Data (IDI-IS).
The results of descriptive analysis show that the incidence of infant mortality is higher among infants from mothers with lower education and economic status. In addition, infant mortality is higher among babies from mother who lived in rural areas, had no antenatal care, were assisted non-professional health worker at delivery, had no postnatal check, gave births at high risk age, had more than three children, and had less than 24 months birth interval. Futhermore, baby boys had higher had higher mortality than baby girls.
The results of regression analysis on the factors of infant mortality show some interesting results. Neonatal mortality is influenced by the existence of postnatal check, mother‘s age at delivery, birth order, birth interval, and the sex of the baby. In posmeonatal case, the mortality is affected by the type of assistance at delivery, the existence of postnatal check, mother’s age at delivery, birth order, birth interval, and mother’s place of residence. In infant case, the mortality is influenced by the existence of postnatal check, mother’s age at delivery, birth order, birth interval, quintile index of welfare and mother’s place of residence.
The results of proportional hazard model show that survival rate of postneonatal is influenced by the type of assistance at delivery, the existence of postnatal check, birth order, birth interval, mother’s education level, and mother’s place of residence. Survival rate of infant is affected by the existence of postnatal check, mother’s age at delivery, birth order, birth interval, sex of infant, mother’s education level, and mother’s place of residence.
