ABSTRACTWorking with individuals who have different backgrounds and cultures can easily be found in business today. This thesis discusses how cultural differences can influence speech and how to do business. I will explain about cross cultural incidents and apply theory to practice. This thesis describes four sections, the first part describes the incidents that occur between two individuals from different backgrounds, the second describes some possibilities that may explain the incident, the third part describes the theory relating to the incident and the last part is an explanation of the best answer that can explain why the incident may occur."
