"Ekosistem kewirausahaan dikenal sebagai suatu konsep yang dapat mempromosikan keunggulan daya saing karena disusun oleh sistem jaringan yang berguna untuk mendukung persaingan. Beberapa penelitian mengenai model ekosistem kewirausahaan telah dilakukan, namun belum ada model ekosistem kewirausahaan yang mampu menjelaskan bagaimana proses interaksi antar aktor dan faktor berlangsung di dalam ekosistem dalam rangka mencapai keunggulan daya saing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model ekosistem kewirausahaan yang mampu menjelaskan hal tersebut, dengan menjadikan industri kreatif di wilayah Priangan Timur sebagai lokus penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma postpositivisme dengan metode mix methods. Informan dan responden terdiri dari aktor pelaku usaha, pemerintah, perbankan, profesional, pasar dan masyarakat sosial. Perspektif network theory digunakan sebagai pendekatan analitis untuk mengembangkan model ekosistem kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model konseptual yang menggambarkan mekanisme seperti transfer pengetahuan, kewirausahaan produktif, dan inovasi yang dapat mendorong keunggulan daya saing. Adapun masyarakat sekitar (Aktor masyarakat sosial) merupakan aktor yang paling berperan, sementara pola interaksi antar aktor dan faktor menunjukkan keterbatasan peran dan interaksi dari aktor pemerintah, perbankan dan profesional terhadap pelaku usaha dalam ekosistem kewirausahaan industri kreatif di wilayah Priangan Timur Meningkatkan keterlibatan pelaku usaha dan akademisi secara berkelanjutan dalam program pemerintah dan pembentukan komunitas industri menjadi beberapa saran praktis dari penelitian ini. Sementara untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengkaji mengenai kolaborasi, sinergi dan alignment pada proses interaksi antar aktor dalam ekosistem kewirausahaan karena dianggap penting bagi peningkatan performa ekosistem kewirausahaan dalam menghasilkan kewirausahaan produktif. An entrepreneurial ecosystem is believed to promote competitive advantage. Some experts have generated models of entrepreneurial ecosystems, but these exemplars do not describe the interaction and associations between the elements within the ecosystem in order to achieve competitive advantage. This study aims to create a conceptual model of how elements within the ecosystem may be linked to each other, by making the creative industries in the East Priangan region as research locus. This study uses the postpositivism paradigm with mix methods. Informants and respondents consisted of entrepreneur, government, banking, professionals, markets and social communities. The network theory perspective is employed as an analytical approach to develop an entrepreneurial ecosystem model. The entrepreneurial ecosystem model posited in this study describes that the entrepreneurial ecosystem will influence competitive advantage through mechanisms such as knowledge transfer, productive entrepreneurship, and innovation. The social community (society actor) has the most important role, while the pattern of interaction between actors and factors shows the limited role and interaction of government, banking and professional actors in the entrepreneurial ecosystem of creative industries in the East Priangan region. Increasing the involvement of entrepreneurs and academics sustainably in the government programs, and formulating an entrepreneurial community are some practical suggestions that can be given from the results of this study. While for further research can examine collaboration, synergy and alignment in the process of interaction between actors within entrepreneurial ecosystem, because these are considered important for improving the performance of entrepreneurial ecosystem in generating productive entrepreneurship. "Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pengaruh dimensi kesisteman dan identitas nilai dalam pelembagaan partai terhadap loyalitas kader PKS di Kota Depok periode 2015-2020. Tulisan ini menggabungkan teori pelembagaan partai oleh Vicky Randall dan Lars Svasand dengan dilengkapi oleh konsep loyalitas partai dalam analisisnya. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan wawancara mendalam dengan kader serta elit partai. Lebih jauh, artikel ini mendukung argumen bahwa aspek internal dalam manajemen partai berpengaruh besar terhadap soliditas dan loyalitas kader partai dengan menjelaskannya melalui dua aspek: (1) keberadaan komitmen terhadap dakwah sebagai nilai bersama memfasilitasi loyalitas kader dengan berfungsi sebagai pengikat hubungan antara kader dengan partai; (2) keberadaan conflict resolution management (CRM) yang cenderung terorganisir dengan baik, komitmen terhadap mekanisme syura, serta kaderisasi sistematis melalui Unit Pembinaan dan Pengaderan Anggota (UPPA) yang dilaksanakan mengacu pada AD/ART partai memengaruhi tumbuhnya kepercayaan kader terhadap partai sehingga kader tidak mudah terpengaruh dengan konflik eksternal maupun internal dan menjaga loyalitas yang kuat terhadap partai. Namun penulis melihat bahwa kegagalan kaderisasi sistematis melalui UPPA dapat berperan besar dalam hilangnya loyalitas kader, sehingga keberadaan Ketua UPPA atau murabbi yang tepat dapat berpengaruh besar terhadap kesuksesan pembinaan melalui UPPA.

This thesis discusses about the influence of value infusion and systemness dimension in party institutionalization on the loyalty of the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) cadres in Depok (2015-2020). The articles combined the theory of party institutionalization by Vicky Randall and Lars Svasand with the concept of party loyalty. Research are done with qualitative approach and in-depth interview with several party elites and cadres. Further more the article support the argument that internal aspect of party management will affect party member solidity and loyalty by explaining two aspect: (1) The existence of commitment to da’wah as a shared value serves as a binding relationship between cadres and parties; (2) the existence of rather well-organized conflict resolution management (CRM), commitment toward shura mechanism and systematic regeneration system through member development and caderization unit (UPPA), carried out by referring to the party’s statute affect on the growth of cadres trust in party that cadres are not easily influenced by external and internal conflict, also cement loyalty towards PKS. However authors see that the failure of systematic regeneration through UPPA has a great potential in disrupting party member loyalty, on this matter the existence of a qualified UPPA leader or murabbi has a big influence on the success of UPPA."

"Program loyalty adalah salah satu taktik yang disesuaikan perusahaan untuk menjadi organisasi yang sukses dan memiliki keuntungan, dimana hal tersebut sangat penting dalam melakukan bisnis saat ini di pasar yang kompetitif. Berbagai jenis program value dari keanggotaan program loyalty dapat mempengaruhi kesetiaan kepada program, brand loyalty, dan respon perilaku, termasuk dari word of mouth, dan kemauan untuk membayar lebih. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji program value (hadiah yang menarik, pengetahuan yang bermanfaat, dan upaya yang diperlukan) dari KALBE Family Reward Card sebagai program loyalty yang memberikan dampak pengalaman yang menguntungkan, sedangkan pengalaman yang menguntungkan mempunyai pengaruh kepada program loyalty, brand loyalty, dan respon perilaku, termasuk dari word of mouth, dan kemauan untuk membayar lebih. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KALBE Family Reward Card memiliki nilai program yang berdampak menguntungkan experiental, manfaat pengalaman ini memberi dampak ke program loyalty dan brand loyalty, dan juga dampak dari word of mouth dan kemauan untuk membayar lebih perilaku.

Program Loyalty is one of the tactics that companies has adapted to an organizational success and profit which are critical in conducting business in todays competitive market. The different types of value customers derive from Program Loyalty membership could influence loyalty to the program, loyalty to the brand, and behavioral responses, including word of mouth, and willingness to pay more. This research will examine the program value (reward attractiveness, knowledge benefit,and required effort) of KALBE Family reward card as the Program Loyalty give impact to experiental benefit, whereas experiential benefit influence loyalty to the program, loyalty to the brand, and behavioral responses, including word of mouth, and willingness to pay more. The research indicates that the KALBE Family reward card has program value that impact to experiental benefit, this experiential benefit give an impact to Program Loyalty and Brand Loyalty, and also the impact on word of mouth and willingness to pay more behaviour."
