"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat keterlibatan
(Engagement Rate) perpustakaan perguruan tinggi dan menganalisis strategi
perpustakaan perguruan tinggi dalam menerapkan Library 2.0 serta untuk
mengidentifikasi hambatan perpustakaan perguruan tinggi dalam
menerapkan Library 2.0. Pendekatan dalam tesis ini menggunakan
pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus komparatif. Hasil
perhitungan tingkat keterlibatan didapatkan Perpustakaan Universitas
Indonesia menempati urutan pertama, Perpustakaan Universitas Gadjah
Mada pada urutan kedua serta Perpustakaan Universitas Airlangga pada
urutan ketiga. Penelitian ini memilih Perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia
dan Perpustakaan Universitas Airlangga menjadi lokasi penelitian, dimana
menghasilkan penelitian bahwa kedua perpustakaan telah memiliki strategi
dalam penerapan Library 2.0 yang diurai menurut komponen pembentuk
Library 2.0 yaitu partisipasi pengguna, web 2.0, perpustakaan dan layanan,
evaluasi dan kerjasama. Temuan yang lain kedua perpustakaan memiliki
strategi yang sama, di sisi lain ada juga strategi yang berbeda. Ketika salah
satu komponen lemah maka komponen lain lebih diperkuat.

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to analyze the Engagement Rate academic library and to
analyze strategies in implementing Library 2.0 as well as to identify barriers
in applying Library 2.0. The approach in this research uses a qualitative with a
comparative case study method. The Engagement Rate results University of
Indonesia Library ranks first, Gadjah Mada University Library in the second
and Airlangga University Library on the third. This research were conducted
in University of Indonesia Library and the Airlangga University Library,
which resulted that both libraries have had strategies in the implementing of
Library 2.0 which is parsed by forming components Library 2.0 are user
participation, Web 2.0, library and services, evaluation and cooperation.
Another finding is that both libraries have the same strategy, on the other hand
there are also different strategies. When one component is weak then the other

"Fleksibilitas telah dikenal sebagai salah satu kunci kompetitif bagi perusahaanperusahaan manufaktur. Flexible Manufacturing System merupakan sistem yang kompleks dan menghabiskan investasi yang besar sehingga memerlukan fase desain yang akurat. Mealui simulasi, dapat diperiksa dengan seksama perilakuperilaku dari komponen-komponen FMS untuk memprediksi performa dari sistem manufaktur. Kapasitas buffer, mean time to repair, dan jumlah automated guided vehicle terbukti merupakan faktor-faktor penting pada FMS yang signifikan mempengaruhi throughput rate. Selain itu, ditemukan adanya interaksi signifikan antara ukuran buffer dengan MTTR dan pada interaksi antara MTTR dengan jumlah AGV.

Flexibility is known as one of the competitive keys for manufacturing industries. Flexible Manufacturing System is a complex and expensive system that require an accurate designing phase. By simulation, it is possible to carefully examine the behavior of FMS components to predict the performance of a manufacturing system. Buffer size, mean time to repair, and number of automated guided vehicle system are proven as critical factors in FMS which affecting throughput rate significantly. Furthermore, it is found that there are significant interactions between buffer size and MTTR and also between MTTR and number of AGV."

"ABSTRAK
Automated People Mover System (APMS) adalah moda transportasi berbasis monorel yang direncanakan akan menghubungkan antar terminal di bandara internasional Soekarno-Hatta. Bogie merupakan suatu kesatuan konstruksi yang mendukung sarana kereta api monorel saat berjalan diatas track. Tujuan dari analisis ini adalah untuk menentukan dan memastikan batas kekuatan pembebanan statik dan dinamik rangka bogie secara numerik sebelum prototype bogie melalui proses pengujian atau tahap verifikasi desain. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data dan gambar CAD solid bogie, kemudian dilakukan validasi kualitas model 3D solid menggunakan software Autodesk Inventor, kemudian menggunakan software ANSYS dilakukan simulasi pembebanan statik dan fatik. Penentuan beban statik yang dihitung secara analitis, yaitu beban arah vertikal, beban arah lateral, dan beban arah longitudinal dengan empat variasi pembebanan sesuai kondisi operasionalnya. Penentuan beban dinamik hanya pada arah translasi arah vertikal berupa load time history yang di-generate menggunakan software Matlab/Simulink. Telah dilakukan pula analisis magnification factor pada bogie untuk mengetahui amplitudo maksimum yang terjadi pada bogie. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, desain rangka bogie memenuhi kriteria aman pada berbagai kasus pembebanan statik yang diberikan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil equivalent von misses stress yang dihasilkan masih dibawah tensile yield strength material bogie. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil analisis fatik, didapatkan bahwa struktur rangka bogie APMS mampu bertahan terhadap pembebanan dinamik arah translasi vertikal hingga umur tak-hingga (lebih dari 106 siklus), dengan equivalent alternating stress masih dibawah nilai fatik limit material, sehingga hal ini sesuai dengan kriteria desain infinite life. Hasil analisis ini dapat digunakan sebagai referensi sebelum dilakukan pengujian kekuatan struktur prototype sekaligus sebagai masukan dalam penyempurnaan desain bogie APMS.

ABSTRACT
Automated People Mover System (APMS) is a mass transit system to connect between terminals at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Bogie is a structure to supports the construction of a monorail train vehicle while running on track. The purpose of this research is to determine and ensure the strength limit of static and dynamic loading by using finite element model before the prototype bogie through the process of testing. First step in this research is collecting information data and CAD drawings solid bogie, then validate quality models using Autodesk Inventor software, then using ANSYS software to simulate static and fatigue structural. Static structural such as vertical, lateral and longitudinal load is calculated analytically and simulate using four variations of loading appropriate operating conditions. Static and dynamic amplitudo have been analized on the bogie to determine the maximum amplitude of the bogie. Dynamic load is determine only in vertical translation direction (vz axis) are generated using the software Matlab / Simulink as a load time history. Based on the analysis, design bogie frame meets the criteria of safety at various static loading case were given. The results of analysis is equivalent von misses stress is still below the tensile yield strength material bogie. Based on the fatigue analysis, bogie APMS structure is able to withstand the dynamic loading translational vertical direction up to the infinite life (over 1e6 cycles), the equivalent alternating stress is below the value of the fatigue limit of the material, so that it is in accordance with infinite life design criteria. Results of this research can be used as a reference and improve bogie design before testing the strength of the structure bogie prototyp.
