"Pada penelitian ini digunakan akselerometer sebagai pemantauan aktivitas fisik langkah kaki telah dilakukan dengan mengaplikasikan sebagai pedometer. WiTilt V 2.5 merupakan akselerometer MEMS berbasis Bluetooth dengan tiga sumbu MMA 7260Q yang berfungsi untuk mendeteksi aktivitas fisik pasien saat berjalan dan berlari dengan mengukur jumlah langkah dan pengukuran konsumsi energi (energy axpenditure). Selain itu, alat tersebut digunakan sebagai pendeteksi ketika pasien terjatuh. Pengukuran jumlah langkah dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode peak detection, sedangkan pengukuran konsumsi energi dilakukan dengan menggunakan nilai metabolic equivalent (MET) yang bernilai 3,3 untuk aktivitas berjalan dengan langkah sedang pada permukaan datar, dan 5 untuk aktivitas berlari sedang dengan kecepatan konstan. Untuk pendeteksian pasien yang mengalami peristiwa terjatuh dengan menggunakan metode analisa pembanding pada peak yang terukur. Dari hasil pengamatan sinyal MMA 7260Q yang digunakan sebagai pengukuran aktivitas berjalan dan berlari ditemukan adanya penyimpangan nilai periode output yang diperoleh terhadap nilai periode standard namun masih berada dalam kisaran normal. Namun demikian, untuk dapat merancang monitor portabel aktivitas pasien dengan akurasi tinggi masih diperlukan studi lebih lanjut dengan menggunakan metode yang lain.

This experiment uses accelerometer as a physical monitoring activity of foot steps which has been done with applying it as a pedometer. WiTilt V 2.5 is an accelerometer MEMS which is based on Bluetooth with three axis MMA 7260Q which functions to detect the physical activity of the patients when they are walking and running with measuring the amount of the steps and the energy axpenditure. Moreover, it also has been used to detect the accident when the patients fall. The measuring the amount of the steps has been done using the peak detection method, whereas the measuring of the consumption of the energy has been done using the metabolic equvalent (MET). while the energy expenditure measurement was based on the amount of detected steps and using a MET (metabolic equivalent) values of 3,3 for walking activity with moderate pace on level surface and 5 for the running activity with a medium constant velocity . For the detection of the patients who fall is done by using contrast analysis method on the peak. From the monitoring the signal of the MMA7260Q which is used as the measurement of the running and walking activities has been found a foul that some errors in measured period compared to standard period but still in the normal range. Nevertheless, to build a portable monitor for the activity of the patients with a high accuracy is still needed with a thorough research by using other methods."

"Alat analisis gerak pasien yang dirancang untuk memonitor aktivitas pasien berbasis akselerometer tiga sumbu MMA7260Q. Pada penelitian ini tiga buah sensor MMA7260Q diaplikasikan untuk mendeteksi berbagai macam aktivitas seperti duduk, berdiri, tidur, jongkok dan lain-lain dengan cara mengukur percepatan dari masing-masing sensor. Disamping itu juga digunakan untuk mendeteksi berjalan untuk menghitung konsumsi energi dari pasien tersebut. Sensor ditempatkan pada kaki, paha dan pinggang. Output dari masing-masing sensor diumpan ke buffer (LM2909) dan difilter pada frekuensi cut off 200 Hz. Dari hasil pengamatan sinyal MMA7260Q diperoleh 2,01 hingga 2,10 V dibandingkan dengan standard sebesar 2,00 – 2,45 V untuk +1g. Namun deteksi aktivitas tubuh tersebut diperoleh dengan benar sesuai dengan kondisi aktivitas. Demikian pula pada pengujian pedometer diperoleh jumlah langkah tanpa mengalami kesalahan."

"High mortality in Indonesia, caused by acute coronary syndrome, has reached 26 %. In 10 years, National housing health survey or Survei Kesehatan Rumah Tangga Nasional ( SKRTN), under health departement of Republic of Indonesia, stated mortality which is caused by acute coronary syndrome has increased enourmously. It can be avoided by doing early acute coronary syndrome detection like ECG recording. Anyway, some those patients rarely do ECG recording because of expenses and time. By using Blutooth feature on PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) or a Bluetooth dongle on computer, a Telecardiology can be done anywhere and anytime so that coronary syndrome can be detected earlier by medics. Telecardiology research used a microcontroler, a computer and a PDA to record ECG signals. ECG recording is taken in real-time then stored in computer or PDA data base. To detec QRS waves in ECG signals, PanTompkins were used."

"Based from the city planning area, this research is part of downtown planning. As we can see in the city planning of the advanced countries, especially the pedestrian in Yogyakarta and Indonesia in general, it is time for them to get a better attention in the planning. Malioboro street as the main street in the downtown of Yogyakarta has pedestrian with various activities, current, intensity and features. These various activity has become the reason why the researcher chose Malioboro street as the location of this research. The pedestrian's activity were analized by quantitative methods, emphasizing on the various current activities, current flow and intensity flow. There are 10 variables used in this research. The empirical findings were analized with the relevant theories. the findings from this research show 3 types of pedestrian spaces on Malioboro street and each has different pedestrian activities and various space factors. There are 2 conclusions based from empirical and theoritical point of view. a. the physical factors which are affect the pedestrian's activity, i.e: V1 (arcades), V4 (without arcades), V8 (trees), and V9 (street seller) b. the physical factors which are not affect the pedestrian's activity, i.e: V5 (with shopping area), V3 (bus shelter), V6 (view), V7 (near intersection), and V10 (street crossing). The research's recommendation for pedestrian planning, i.e; 1) the factors which are predicted to affect the pedestrian's activities show the pedestrian's social life, 2) across the street seen on all part, although without street crossing. According to the activity need controller, 3) the high intensity occurs if V1 (arcades), 3 (shelter), V9 (street seller) available."

"Pemantauan keadaan dan kesehatan janin selama kehamilan sangat penting untuk mendeteksi komplikasi dan mengurangi angka bayi lahir mati. Fetal elektrokardiogram (FEKG) dapat digunakan untuk memonitor aktivitas jantung janin. Namun, pengembangan aplikasi FEKG yang memvisualisasikan dan menginterpretasikan data masih terbatas. Penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi FEKG berbasis Bluetooth menggunakan MIT App Inventor. Aplikasi FECG_App berhasil dikembangkan untuk telepon genggam Android versi 11 ke atas. Simulator FEKG menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 untuk mengirim data melalui Bluetooth. Aplikasi ini memiliki jarak operasional maksimal 10 meter dengan error pemetaan sinyal FEKG rata-rata sebesar 1,85%. Pengembangan aplikasi ini dapat membantu tenaga medis dan ibu hamil dalam memonitor pertumbuhan janin secara mudah

Monitoring the condition and health of the fetus during pregnancy is crucial for detecting complications and reducing stillbirth rates. Fetal electrocardiogram (FECG) can be used to monitor the fetal heart activity. However, the development of FECG applications that visualize and interpret data is still limited. This study focuses on developing a Bluetooth-based FECG application using MIT App Inventor. The FECG_App was successfully developed for Android mobile phones version 11 and newer. The FECG simulator uses an ESP32 microcontroller to transmit data via Bluetooth. The application has a maximum operational range of 10 meters with an average FEKG signal mapping error of 1.85%. This application's development can assist healthcare professionals and expectant mothers in easily monitoring fetal growth."

"Sistem pemantauan aktivitas fisik manusia berhasil dibuat dengan menggunakan tiga buah sensor akselerometer 3-sumbu MMA7260Q yang diaplikasikan sebagai pedometer, penentu gerak tubuh, pemantau kecepatan gerak dan jarak tempuh. Dengan menggunakan pengendali mikro ATmega128 data percepatan dikonversi oleh ADC (Analog to Digital Conversion) internal dari pengendali mikro kemudian hasilnya disimpan dalam kartu memori tipe SD yang dilengkapi oleh tampilan waktu dan tanggal pengambilan data dengan menggunakan RTC (Real Time Clock), DS1307 serta mengirim datanya ke PC secara wireless dengan menggunakan Zigbee sebagai wireless adapter. Pemantauan aktivitas dilakukan dengan cara memasang akselerometer di betis, paha dan pinggang pasien. Penentuan gerak tubuh dilakukan dengan melihat keluaran tegangan setiap sensor akselerometer dari masing-masing gerakan. Pengiriman data secara wireless membuat alat ini menjadi portable dengan maksimal jarak antara transmitter dan receiver pada suatu gedung tertutup 20 meter dengan asumsi transmitter berada 1 lantai dibawah receiver dan memiliki 1 sekat penghalang.

Monitoring system of human physical activities has been successfully constructed using three sensors 3-axis accelerometer MMA7260Q applied as pedometer, decisive gesture, observer velocity, stride, and travelled distance. Using microcontroller Atmel AVR ATmega128 series acceleration data is converted by the internal ADC (Analog to Digital Conversion) and the results are stored in SD card and sending it wirelessly using Zigbee as wireless adapter. Data complemented by the display time and date of data acquisition by using the RTC (Real Time Clock), DS1307. Physical activities monitored by placing accelerometer sensor at the waist, thighs, and calves. Determination of body movements performed by determining the acceleration data ranges for each movement. Sending data wirelessly make this system more portable with maximum distance between receiver and transmitter in the building are 20 metres. It using the assumption that receiver located 1 floor below and have 1 barrier."

Pengukuran jumlah langkah dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode peak detection sedangkan pengukuran penggunaan energi dilakukan berdasarkan jumlah langkah yang terdeteksi dengan menggunakan nilai metabolic equivalent (MET) sebesar 3,3 untuk aktivitas berjalan dengan langkah sedang pada permukaan datar.
Respons MMA7260Q terhadap perubahan tilt juga diamati dan didapat hasil korelasi linier yang memuaskan antara nilai tilt terukur dengan kemiringan sensor pada ketiga kanal sumbu (R2  1). Pada pengujian pedometer juga diperoleh hasil yang memuaskan. Namun untuk dapat merancang monitor portabel aktivitas pasien dengan akurasi tinggi masih diperlukan studi lebih lanjut menggunakan mikrokontroler.

This device?s main role is as a pedometer to detect body?s activities during any movement such sitting, standing, laying straight-up, laying facing down-ward as well as counting the number of steps taken to include the energy consumed in doing so. The data transfer is performed through wireless mode using Bluetooth witilt 2.5.
Peak detection method will be used in determining the number of steps taken whereas the energy consumed for the steps shall be measured by the number of steps detected with the measured metabolic equivalent (MET) with the nominal value of 3.3 for walking movement under the condition of medium pace on a flat surface.
Any responds of MMA 7260Q towards any variation occurred to the tilt will be closely observed which result a linear correlation which may satisfy the value of measured tilt value with the sensor slope of three canal axis (R2  1 ). A satisfactorily result was also obtained from the pedometer testing. However, further and more detail study using microcontroller may need to be conducted in order to be able to design a portable monitor for patient?s activity.
