"This research is merely correlational descriptive design which purposed to identify on correlation of individual factor and organisation factor with nurse caring behaviour at Treatment Instalationt at RSUD Kota Bandung. The population of this research are thoroughly staff nurses at 4 treatment room unit. Number of research samples are 43 nurses totally conducted. Data analysis are initiated from univariat test, bivariat and proceeded with multivariate tests. The results describe that there is a significant correlation among individual factors (age and experience) and organisation factor (leadership, compensation, organisation structure, and job desain) with nurse caring behaviour. The Head of Room Unit as a leader should posses a high ability to empowering others, in line with that a responsibility. Organitation structure that must be see. Nurse as public service agents need to improve quality and quantity during performing their duty and responsible, they need to provide opportunity to attending skill development training. Further research recommendation should be conducted in depth review by nurse caring behaviours. "

"Belum optimalnya pelayanan kesehatan dan keperawatan kepada masyarakat. hal ini ditunjukkan dari keluhan klien yang dirawat di rumah sakit Immanuel dari 6 keluhan: 2 ditujukan perawat kurang perhatian terhadap klien, 1 keluhan kurang tanggap terhadap keluhan klien dan 3 keluhan kurang memperhatikan fasilitas yang ada di ruangan sehingga perlu dilakukan studi penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan klien terhadap perilaku caring perawat pelaksana di IRIPM rumah sakit Immanuel Bandung. Populasi pada penelitian ini seluruh klien dewasa yang dirawat di IRIPM rumah sakit Immanuel Bandung, berjumlah 5 ruangan, rata-rata selama bulan Januari - Maret 2005 sebanyak 2494 orang. Jumlah sampel 106 orang, menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan metode quota.
Desain penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekalan cross sectional, instrumen berupa kuesioner dibuat sendiri, telah diuji validitas kuesioner A (Alpha Cronbach=0.7793), kuesioner B sebesar 0.9758 dan reabilitas r > r table. Data dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat (Chi-Square), dan multivarat untuk uji regresi logistik.
Hasil penelitian secara umum 69% dari responden puas terhadap perilaku caring perawat pelaksana, persepsi klien 90% responden puas terhadap sembilan komponen perilaku caring hasil analisis korelasi dengan a = 0.05 ada hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor pendidikan, penghasilan, status pernikahan dan image dengan kepuasan klien terhadap perilaku caring perawat pelaksana. Kesimpulan penelitian ini dari kcsembilan komponen perilaku -caring ada satu dimensi tentang kesabaran berada di kuadran satu (harapan tinggi kinerja rendah). hal ini bisa disebabkan karena tidak sesuainya pendistribusian perawat masing-masing ruangan, faktor pribadi/sifat perawat itu sendiri, pihak rumah sakit perlu memperhatikan dan memperbaiki kinerjanya dengan cara: melakukan test psikotest pada saat penerimaan perawat baru, meninjau ulang pendistribusian perawat.

Populace in this research all of adult client that be caring in installation of ward live center medic hospital Immanuel Bandung total of ward 5 Aproximality as long as 3 last month (January - March 2005) total 2494 peoples. The sign of this research analysis of descriptive with approach cross sectional, instrument as like as questioner make it. after test validities questioner A it cronbrach = 0.7793, questioner B 0.9758 and reability r > r table. Analysis data used univariat, bivariat (Chi-Square), and multivariat.
The result of this research infects 69% from respondent satisfaction to attitude caring nurses? provider and assumption to client >90% satisfaction to nine attitude caring .result of analysis correlation with a=0.05 there is correlation that significant between factor education, result cost living, status marriage and image with satisfaction client to attitude caring nurses provider. In conclusion this research from nine attitude caring there is one dimension about loyal that in quadrant one (Expectation high but performance low) so it is cause of by floe equal distributions of nurses or factor behavior/character nurses that is self, from hospital Immanuel Bandung need attention and correctly workers with method: used psikotest recruitment new nurses and evaluation distributions nurses.

"ABSTRAK
Kepuasan kerja perawat merupakan indikator mutu pelayanan keperawatan yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja. Perilaku caring merupakan kinerja perawat yang menjadi inti dari praktik keperawatan untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan perilaku caring perawat pelaksana di RSUD Cibinong. Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap sebanyak 108 orang dengan teknik proportional sampling. Uji bivariat menggunakan chi-square menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan perilaku caring perawat pelaksana (p=0,000, CI 95%). Perawat yang merasa puas mempunyai peluang 4,7 kali untuk berperilaku caring. Uji regresi logistik menyatakan bahwa kepuasan kerja intrinsik merupakan faktor yang paling dominan yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja. Manajer keperawatan harus melakukan monitoring kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana serta melakukan pengarahan dan pengawasan pelaksanaan caring. Perawat yang kurang berperilaku caring harus diberikan pembinaan, sedangkan untuk rekrut perawat baru perlu melakukan psikotes untuk mengkaji faktor intrinsik calon perawat baru.

ABSTRACT
Nurse job satisfaction is an indicator of the quality of nursing care and affects performance. Caring behavior as the performance of nurse which become the core of nursing practice in providing quality of nursing care. Caring is the essence of nursing practice that reflects the quality of nursing care. This study aims to identify the relationship of job satisfation with caring behavior of nurses in Cibinong Hospital. This study was a descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach. The research sample were taken nurses in the inpatient unit as many as 108 people with a stratified sampling technique. Bivariate test using a chi-square showed no relationship between job satisfaction and nurses caring behavior (p < 0.05). Nurses who were satisfy have the opportunity to practice caring 4.7 times. Logistic regression analysis stated that intrinsic job satisfaction is the most dominant factor. Nursing managers should be monitoring job satisfaction as well as the direction and supervision of the implementation of caring. Nurse who practice caring less should be given guidance. For new nurses in recruit nurses should emphasize the intrinsic factor this would include making psikotes.

"Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh realitas bahwa kinerja perawat pelaksana memiliki kontribusi terhadap mutu pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit, penilaian kinerja perawat pelaksana belum optimal, dan masih ada ketidakpuasan pelanggan terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana sebesar 43,89%. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor internal dan eksternal dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana di IRNA RSUD A.W. Sjahranie.
Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 216 perawat pelaksana. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data berupa univariat, bivariat (chi-square dan independent t test) dan multivariat (regresi logistik berganda).
Hasil penelitian didapatkan faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja adalah: pendidikan (p=0,014), motivasi (p=0,013), persepsi (p=0,001), kepemimpinan (p=0,001), dan karir (p=0,001). Faktor pengembangan karir paling dominan berhubungan dengan kinerja (OR=29,962). Peningkatan kinerja perawat pelaksana di rumah sakit harus memperhatikan faktor pendididkan, motivasi, persepsi, kepemimpinan dan pengembangan karir.

This research was motivated by the fact that nursing performance contributes to the quality of nursing services in hospital, the suboptimal nurses appraisal, and the low customer satisfaction towards the nurses performance of 43.89%. This research aims to determine the relationship of internal and external factors of nurse?s performance in Instalasi rawat inap RSUD A. W. Sjahranie Samarinda.
This research uses cross-sectional approach. The sample consists of 216 nursing officers. Data was collected by using questionnaire. Data analysis that is used in this research were univariate, bivariate (chi-square and independent t-test) and multivariate (multiple logistic regression).
The result of this research shows that the factors that related to the performances are: education (p=0.014), motivation (p=0.013), perception (p=0.001), leadership (p=0.001), and career (p=0.001). The most significant factor that is related to nursing performance is career development (OR=29,962). Nursing performance developments have to pay attention to education, motivation, perception, leadership, and career development.

"Perilaku caring perawat merupakan salah satu perilaku anggota organisasi yang dipengaruhi budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor budaya organisasi dengan perilaku caring perawat pelaksana di RSAS Kota Gorontalo. Survey analitik secara cross sectional dengan menggunakan uji chi square pada 120 perawat pelaksana menunjukkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara status pernikahan, komunikasi, pelatihan, reward, pengambilan keputusan dan manajemen dengan perilaku caring perawat (p=0.000-0,042; α=0,05). Variabel yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan perilaku caring perawat adalah pelatihan, sehingga pelatihan perlu ditingkatkan di RSAS Kota Gorontalo terutama bagi perawat yunior.

Nurse caring behaviors is one organization that influenced the behavior of members of the organization's culture. This study aims to analyze the factors of organizational culture that correlate with nurse caring behavior in RSAS Kota Gorontalo. The analytical survey with cross sectional using the chi square test on 120 nurses showed that there was significant correlation between marriage status, communication, training, reward, decision making, and nurses care managemnent (p= 0000-0.042; α = 0.05). The most dominant variable associated with nurse caring behavior was training. So it needs to be improved in the RSAS Gorontalo, especially for junior nurses."

"Perilaku caring perawat dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan dan kepuasan pasien. Perawat yang berperilaku caring meningkatkan hubungan saling bantu dan percaya antara perawat-pasien sehingga mempercepat penyembuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi hubungan perilaku caring perawat yang dipersepsikan oleh pasien dengan kepuasan pasien di RSUD Tarakan Jakarta Pusat. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskripsi korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional melibatkan 145 pasien yang dipilih secara consecutive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan chi square, uji t, dan regresi logistik.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara perilaku caring perawat yang dipersepsikan oleh pasien dengan kepuasan pasien di ruang rawat inap (p<0,05; CI 95%). Faktor caritas yang paling berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien adalah cinta kasih (OR = 0,320; CI 95%) dan mengambil keputusan (OR = 0,154; CI 95%) setelah dikontrol pendidikan. Hasil ini merekomendasikan manajer keperawatan untuk melakukan supervisi komunikasi terapeutik, penilaian kinerja komunikasi perawat, meningkatkan pendidikan formal maupun informal, dan memotivasi perawat agar berperilaku caring sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien.

Nurse caring behavior can improve the quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction. Nurses who behave caring improving mutual aid relationship and trust between the nurse-patient so as to accelerate the healing. This study aim to identify the relationship of nurse caring behaviors perceived by the patient and patient's satisfaction in Tarakan Hospital in Central Jakarta. The research method using descriptive correlation with cross sectional study involving 145 patients were selected by consecutive sampling. Data were analyzed with chi square, t-test, and logistic regression.
The results showed relationship between nurse caring behaviors perceived by the patient and patient's satisfaction at the inpatient unit (p <0.05; CI 95%). Caritas factors most associated with patient satisfaction is love (OR = 0.320; CI 95%) and a decision (OR = 0.154; CI 95%) after controlling for education. This result suggests a nursing manager to supervise therapeutic communication, evaluation of nurse communication performance, improving nursing education in both formal and informal, and motivating nurses to caring that can improve patient satisfaction.

"Kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit sangat ditentukan oleh pelayanan keperawatan. Kinerja perawat merupakan kunci utama dalam pelayanan keperawatan. Kinerja ini dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik individu (umur, jenis kelamin, masa kerja, status perkawinan, dan status kepegawaian) dan faktor organisasi (kepemimpinan, supervisi, dan imbalan). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diketahui hubungan antara karakteristik individu dan faktor organisasi (kepemimpinan, supervisi, dan imbalan) dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana di RSUD Langsa, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel diambil dengan teknik acak proporsional pada 98 perawat di RSUD Langsa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan pedoman observasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji t independen, korelasi Pearson, dan regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan kepemimpinan (p=0,000), supervisi (p=0,000), dan imbalan (p=0,018) dengan kinerja perawat, di mana supervisi merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja perawat. Setiap peningkatan kemampuan supervisi kepala ruangan maka kinerja perawat akan meningkat sebesar 0,195 setelah dikontrol variabel umur, lama kerja, dan kepemimpinan. Saran dari temuan ini adalah perlunya melakukan supervisi secara berkala, menggunakan pedoman supervisi yang baku dan melakukan penilaian kinerja yang objektif dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja perawat pelaksana.

Quality of hospital care is determined by nursing care. Nurse performance is key factor in nursing care. Nurse performance is influenced by individual characteristic (age, sex, length of work,marriage status, job status) and organization factor (leadership, supervision and reward system). The objectives of research are describing the relation of individual characteristic (age, sex, length of work,marriage status, job status) and organization factor (leadership, supervision and reward system) with nursing performance in General Hospital Langsa, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (NA). The research was using descriptive correlation design and cross sectional approach. Sample was chosen by tehnic proportional in 98 nurse in nursing wards of General Hospital Langsa. Data were collected using questionnaires and observation. The research was analyzed by T Independen test, correlation pearson and double regression linier.
The result from the research has shown that there are relation of leadership (p = 0,000), supervision (p = 0,000) and reward (p = 0,018) with nurse performance. Supervision is the most influenced nurse performance. Every increase competency supervision from head nurse, will increase 0,195 nurse performance after is controlled by age, length of work and leadership. The recomendation from this finding is application of supervision with routine, use standard for supervision, and objective evaluation performance for getting better from nurse executive performance.

"ABSTRAK
Kelelahan adalah suatu kondisi fisik dan / atau mental, yang mengakibatkan pekerja menjadi tidak fokus ketika bekerja dan berdampak negatif pada pekerjaannya. Kelelahan merupakan salah satu dari tiga penyebab kesalahan dalam pemberian obat. Konsekuensi dari kelelahan kerja perawat salah satunya adalah terjadinya penurunan dalam mengantisipasi pekerjaan dan keselamatan pasien. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat adanya hubungan antara faktor terkait pekerjaan maupun non-pekerjaan dengan kelelahan kerja pada perawat Unit Rawat Inap di RSUD Kota Depok. Data yang dikumpulkan secara keseluruhan diperoleh dari bidang terkait RSUD Kota Depok dengan subjek penelitian adalah perawat Unit Rawat. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif (Chi Square). Hasilnya, tidak terdapat hubungan antara faktor terkait pekerjaan maupun non-pekerjaan dengan kelelahan kerja pada perawat Unit Rawat Inap RSUD Kota Depok.

ABSTRAK
Fatigue is a physical or mental condition which resulted in workers becoming unfocused when working and have a negative impact on his work. Fatigue is one of the top three causes of errors in drug prescription. The consequences of nurses work fatigue one of them is the decline in anticipation of work and patient safety. This study was done to see the correlation between work factor and non-work factor with work fatigue in nurse?s hospitality care unit at RSUD Depok City Year 2016. Data collected as a whole is obtained from a related field at RSUD Depok City with research subjects were nurses care unit. Research design is cross sectional using the approach quantitative methods (chi square). Result, there is no correlation between work factor and non - work factor with work fatigue in nurse?s hospitality care unit at RSUD Depok City Year 2016.

"ABSTRAK
Perilaku caring perawat merupakan aspek yang penting dalam upaya
meningkatkan kinerja perawat. Upaya peningkatan perilaku caring perawat dapat
dilakukan melalui 3(tiga) faktor yaitu faktor individu, organisasi dan psikologis.
Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi hubungan faktor kinerja dengan
perilaku caring perawat di RSUD Abepura Kota Jayapura. Desain penelitian
adalah diskripsi korelasi dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian
seluruh perawat pelaksana 120 perawat. Analisis penelitian dilakukan univariat,
bivariat (chi-square) dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian ada hubungan antara desain
pekerjaan, persepsi, sikap, motivasi dengan perilaku caring, p value ( < 0,05).
Faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku caring adalah desain pekerjaan dan
sikap.

ABSTRACT
Nurse caring behavior is an important aspect in improving the performance of
nurses. Efforts to increase the nurse caring behaviors can be done through three
(3) factors: individual factors, organizational and psychological. The purpose of
research is to identify the correlation between the performances of the nurse
caring behavior in hospitals Abepura, Jayapura. Description of the study design
was cross sectional correlation. Sample of this study were 120 nurses. Research
analysis conducted univariate, bivariate (chi-square) and multivariate. The result
is no relationship between job design, perceptions, attitudes, motivations with
caring behavior, p value (<0,05). Factors that influence the behavior of caring
behavior were the design of work and attitude."

"Caring adalah menjaga martabat dan memberi perlindungan terhadap klien dengan rasa tanggung jawab dan kemurahan hati. Caring diajarkan dan isosialisasikan di institusi pendidikan perawat. Melalui proses belajar caring di institusi pendidikan, diharapkan perawat dapat menerapkannya dilapallgan (rumah sakit). Sikap caring merupakan kecenderunga (predisposisi) perawat untuk berperilaku caring terhadap klien. Metoda penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan desain crass sectional. Populasi adalah perawat pelaksans di ruang rawat iuap (79 orang) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 orang. lntrumumen penelitian adalah Icuesioner yang terdiri dari : kuesioner pengetahuan caring (kuesioner A) dan kuesiouer siknp curing perawat pelaksana (kuesioner B). Hasii penelitian menunjukknn bahwa pengelahuan caring berhubimgan secam signiiilmn dengan sikap caring perawat pclaksana, Dari karakteristik perawat (umur, jenis kelamin, status perkawinan, dan lama kerja) hanyajenis kelamin yang berhubungan secara signiiikan dengan sikap caring. Penelitian ini hanya melihat hubungan antara pengetahuan temang caring dengan ?siknp" caring. Peneliti lain diharapkan dapat melihamya ke tingkat perilaku caring yaitu perilaku yang dapat diobservasi langsung berdasarkan nilai-nilai caring,

Caring are giving esteem and safe guarding to the client with responsible and pleasure. The Caring was tought and socialized in the nursing education. lt?s expected, the learning process in educational system will be applied in the field. The Caring attitude tend (predispotition) to present caring behaviors by the muse. The caring behavior is an overt behavior to promote caring values. The purpose of this research was to obtain the information about the correlation between caring knowledge with caring attitudes on nurse staff in the ward (hospital). Descriptive analytic and cross sectional design was used in this study. Chi-square test was used to correlate between nurse?s staff characteristics and caring knowledge with caring attitudes. Multivariate analysis was used to estimate the correlation between caring knowledge as a main variabel with caring attitudes, while nurse?s staff characteristics was controlled. The population were nurses staff in the ward, with 57 unit samples. There were two kinds of questionnaires. The caring knowledge questionnaire (questionnaire A) and the caring attitudes (questionnaire B) were used to obtain the information. Results of the research was found that caring knowledge is correlate to caring attitudes and there was significant correlation too, between gender with caring attitudes. This research just proved correlation between caring knowledge with caring attitudes. Another researcher was recommended to view of caring behaviors."
