Securities Investor Protection Fund merupakan hal yang baru dalam kegiatan pasar modal di Indonesia dibanding dengan di negara lain seperti Amerika Serikat dan Singapura. Lembaga ini memberikan ganti kerugian terhadap investor yang mengalami kerugian akibat kesalahan perusahaan efek. Implementasi Dana Perlindungan Pemodal di pasar modal Indonesia diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan pemodal dan juga menambah jumlah pemodal. Dalam tulisan ini akan dibahas mengenai implementasi lembaga Securities Investor Protection Fund di Indonesia serta perbandingan penerapannya di negara lain seperti Amerika Serikat dan Singapura guna mengetahui ketersesuain penerapan Securities Investor Protection Fund di Indonesia dibanding dengan penerapannya di negara lain.

ABSTRACT

Securities Investor Protection Fund organization is a recent organization in Indonesia compared to other countries, such as United States of America and Singapore. This organization will provide indemnification to an investor who suffers loss due to the failure of securities company. Implementation of Securities Investor Protection Fund organization is expected to increase investor’s trust and number of the investor. This thesis will discuss implementation of Securities Investor Protection Fund organization in Indonesia compared to the implementation of the similar organization in United States of America and Singapore in order to obtain understanding on the conformity of the implementation within the countries.

"Kelompok etnis minoritas Chinese Indonesian memiliki kontribusi ekonomi yang signifikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini melihat dimensi risiko spesifiknya toleransi risiko keuangan dan pengaruh dari variabel financial literacy, financial threat, dan faktor demografis dan sosioekonomi. Penelitian menggunakan metode non-probability sampling. Penelitian ini menganalisis 401 responden dengan rentang generasi X, Y, dan Z yang merupakan bagian dari kelompok Chinese Indonesian. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah survei online dan data yang dan diolah dengan teknik Multiple Linear Regression. Hasil dari olahan data menunjukkan bahwa financial literacy, financial threat, gender, tingkat pendidikan, dan kelompok ekonomi signfikan memengaruhi toleransi risiko keuangan. Namun, status perkawinan, kelompok generasi, dan status pekerjaan, tidak signifikan terhadap toleransi risiko. Level toleransi risiko keuangan di kelompok etnis Chinese Indonesian tergolong moderat.

The Chinese Indonesian ethnic minority group has a significant economic contribution in Indonesia. This research looks at risk dimensions specifically financial risk tolerance and the influence of financial literacy, financial threat, and demographic and socioeconomic factors. The research uses a non-probability sampling method. This research analyzed 401 respondents ranging from generations X, Y and Z who were part of the Chinese Indonesian group. The data collection method used was an online survey and the data was processed using the Multiple Linear Regression technique. The results of the processed data show that financial literacy, financial threat, gender, education level and economic group significantly influence financial risk tolerance. However, marital status, generational group, and employment status were not significant for risk tolerance. The level of financial risk tolerance in the Chinese Indonesian ethnic group is classified as moderate."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pembahasan mengenai pertimbangan dan proses pengalihan aset Pusat Investasi Pemerintah kepada PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur Persero serta menganalisis kinerja keuangan, leverage keuangan dan risiko keuangan PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur Persero pasca pengalihan aset tersebut. Total nilai aset yang dialihkan sebesar Rp18,356 triliun yang terdiri dari aset kas Rp9,607 triliun dan aset non kas Rp8,749 triliun. Proses evaluasi menggunakan pendekatan rasio keuangan, tingkat kesehatan perusahaan, degree of financial leverage DFL , non performing loan NPL dan model Z-Score. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan tingkat kesehatan keuangan perusahaan.

This study aims to provide explanation of the consideration and transfer process of assets of the Government Investment Center to PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur and also to analyze financial performance, financial leverage and financial risk of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur Persero after assets transfer. The total value of the asset transfer is IDR18,35 trillion consisting of IDR9,607 trillion of cash asset and IDR8,749 trillion of non cash asset. The evaluation process uses financial ratio approach, corporate health level, degree of financial leverage DFL , non performing loan NPL , and Z score model. The result shows that the company has improved their profitability, liquidity and corporate financial health level."
