"Tujuan utama dari proyek ini adalah untuk mempelajari penggunaan Manajemen Risiko dalam mengelola bahaya dalam proyek konstruksi di Indonesia. Tujuan lain mengenai analisis studi kelayakan untuk mengevaluasi apakah proyek yang telah ada yaitu Jalan Layang Non - Tol ( JLNT ) proyek konstruksi Jembatan Layang mampu dalam mengelola risiko bahaya. Penelitian ini bisa membantu dan memfasilitasi perusahaan untuk mengembangkan strategi pengendalian Manajemen Risiko terutama dalam Risiko Hazard. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini adalah : Identifikasi Masalah dan Studi Literatur, Proses Pengumpulan Data dengan Wawancara dan Observasi, dan Analisis Data dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Analisis data berfokus pada tiga kegiatan utama yaitu Excavasi ; Pergerakan Manusia dan kendaraan, dan Peralatan Kerja. Manajemen Risiko bahaya terdiri dari Identifikasi Risiko, Penilaian Risiko dan Pengendalian Risiko. Analisis Manajemen Risiko Hazard menunjukkan bahwa, dalam teori, Rencana Manajemen Risiko yang ada di PT. Wijaya Karya - Jaya Konstruksi akan berjalan efektif untuk menerapkan teori Manajemen Risiko dan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja. Namun, prosedur Manajemen Risiko dalam perusahaan harus ditingkatkan dan diperbarui sebagai perkembangan teknologi dalam rangka mencapai prosedur yang benar-benar dapat diatasi atau diminimalkan risiko bahaya.

The main objective of this project is to study the use of Risk Management in managing hazard in construction project in Indonesia. The another objective regarding the feasibility study analysis to evaluate whether the existing project which is Jalan Layang Non-Toll (JLNT) Flyover construction project is capable in managing risk of hazard. The research could assist and facilitate the companies to develop Risk Management control strategy especially in Risk of Hazard. The methodologies involves in the study are: Identification Problem and Literature Studies; Data Gathering Process with Interview and Observation; and Data Analysis using Case study Method.

The data analysis is focusing on three main activities which are Excavation; Movement People and Vehicles; and Work Equipment. The Risk Management of hazards consists of Risk Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control. The analysis of Risk Management of Hazard shows that, in theory, the existing Risk Management Plan of PT. Wijaya Karya - Jaya Konstruksi would be effective to implement the Risk Management theory and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) theory. However, the Risk Management procedure in the company must be improved and be updated as the development of technology in order to achieve a procedure that really can be mitigated or be minimized the risk of hazard."
