"ABSTRAK
Indonesia merupakan negara dengan potensi yang besar, negara ini memiliki target untuk menjadi negara maju dengan PDB yang kuat. Salah satu strategi yang dilakukan pemerintah adalah mengembangkan klaster industri, dimana sektor industri memberikan kontribusi besar untuk perekonomian negara. Tapi, perkembangan itu akan meningkatkan penggunaan energi dan emisi karena produksi energi Indonesia masih didominasi sumber energi non-terbarukan. Salah satu tantangan terbesar untuk meningkatkan proporsi energi terbarukan adalah aspek finansial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memahami faktor-faktor dalam pengembangan klaster industri yang ditenagai energi terbarukan menggunakan pendekatan system dinamis. Terletak unsur kebaruan dimana model yang dikembangkan menggunakan aspek finansial dan sustainability. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa energi terbarukan memiliki potensi yang baik, yaitu memberikan cumulative cash flow lebih rendah 7 , emisi lebih rendah 2523 , dan jumlah tenaga kerja yang sama untuk industri non-intensif energi dan memberikan cumulative cash flow lebih rendah 7 , emisi lebih rendah 2523 , dan jumlah tenaga kerja yang sama untuk industri non-intensif energi dan memberikan cumulative cash flow lebih tinggi 15 , emisi lebih rendah 2599, dan jumlah tenaga kerja yang sama untuk industri intensif energi disbanding energi non-terbarukan

ABSTRACT
Indonesia is a country with a great potential, it has a target of being a developed country with strong GDP. One of the initiatives that the government take is develop industrial cluster as industrial sector plays a huge role in its economy. However, that development would also increase the energy demand and emission as Indonesia rsquo s energy production still dominated by non renewable energy sources. It still hard to increase the share of renewable energy production due to financial aspect. The objective of this research is to understand the factors in developing renewable energy powered industrial cluster in Indonesia using system dynamics approach. It took the novelty as the model was generated mainly on financial perspectives and sustainability aspects. The result shows that renewable energy has a great prospect as it gives 7 less cumulative cash flow, 2523 less emission, and same human resources recruited for non energy intensive industries and 15 higher cumulative cash flow, 2599 less emission, and same human resources recruited for energy intensive industries compared to non renewable energy "

"ABSTRAK
Energi merupakan lsquo;bahan bakar rsquo; penting bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pengembangan masyarakat. Sayangnya, rasio elektrifikasi nasional baru mencapai 92,75 . Nusa Tenggara Timur NTT merupakan provinsi dengan rasio elektrifikasi rendah 78,29 , dan persentase desa tertinggal terbesar di Indonesia 74,8 . Padahal, NTT memiliki sumber energi terbarukan yang potensial untuk dimanfaatkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan model desa dengan integrasi pemanfaatan energi terbarukan yang layak dari sisi teknis dan ekonomi untuk pengembangan Zona Produktivitas Desa yaitu pengembangan Produk Unggulan Kawasan Pedesaan: pemrosesan pascapanen kakao di Kecamatan Wewaria, Kabupaten Ende, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah analisis tekno-ekonomi, di mana pemodelan dan optimisasi dari pembangkit listrik hybrid mini-grid surya fotovoltaik-angin-diesel dengan penyimpan baterai dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak HOMER Pro dan simulasi produksi biogas skala rumah tangga dilakukan menggunakan simulator proses SuperPro Designer . Beberapa skema pendanaan diajukan untuk mengevaluasi kelayakan ekonomi dari model desa. Analisis komparatif dari sisi lingkungan mitigasi emisi gas rumah kaca juga dievaluasi. Didapatkan hasil bahwa semua sistem layak secara teknis, namun untuk beberapa sistem diperlukan skema pendanaan yang tepat agar sistem layak secara ekonomi. Skenario terintegrasi relatif meningkatkan daya tarik ekonomi sistem. Hasil penelitian dipercaya dapat menjadi solusi alternatif bagi elektrifikasi daerah terpencil dan strategi pengembangan desa tertinggal melalui penyediaan akses terhadap energi dan peningkatan pendapatan melalui aktivitas produktif secara bersamaan.

ABSTRACT
Energy is the important lsquo fuel rsquo to economic growth and social development. Unfortunately, national electrification ratio has not yet reached 100 . East Nusa Tenggara NTT is a province with low electrification ratio 78.29 and high number of underdeveloped villages 74.8 , despite its abundant renewable energy resources potential. The objective of this study is to obtain technically and economically feasible village model with integrated renewable energy system for developing productivity zone Development of Village rsquo s Unique Commodity post harvesting cocoa process in Wewaria, Ende, NTT. The methodology used is techno economic analysis, in which modelling and optimization for mini grid of hybrid power plant solar photovoltaic wind diesel with battery storage is done by using HOMER Pro software and simulation of household scale biogas generation is done by using process simulator SuperPro Designer . Several financing schemes are proposed to evaluate the economic feasibility of the village model. Environmental comparative analysis greenhouse gas emission mitigation is also evaluated. It is found that all systems are technically feasible, yet some systems require the right financing scheme to be economically feasible. The economic attractiveness of the system is relatively higher by the application of integrated scenario. The model obtained is believed to be the alternative solution for off grid electrification and development strategy for underdeveloped villages by enabling access to energy and enhancing income through productive activities simultaneously."

"Manggarai Barat adalah kabupaten dengan bentuk kepulauan di Indonesia. Sistem kelistrikan yang ada pada Kabupaten tersebut masih didomunasi oleh pembangkit berbahan bakar fosil. Tujuan studi ini adalah melakukan desain sistem kelistrikan berbasis energi terbarukan hibrida yang terdiri atas Solar PV, angin, panas bumi, dan BESS. Kebutuhan energi listrik akan mencakup sektor residensial, komersial, desalinasi, dan kendaraan listrik. Optimisasi dilakukan dengan piranti lunak HOMER untuk memperoleh Net Present Cost paling rendah tanpa dan dengan adanya skenario interkoneksi untuk 3 pulau. Hasil untuk skenario non interkoneksi menghasilkan NPC sebesar 282,644,479.06 USD dengan sistem kelistrikan hibrida berupa 39.93 MW Solar PV, 56 MW turbin angin, 28.3 MWh BESS, dan impor listrik sebesar 29,194,37MWh panas bumi dari grid (per tahun). Skenario dengan interkoneksi mengasilkan NPC yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan skenario tanpa interkoneksi (299,770,404.04 USD) dengan bauran pembangkit 29.35 MW Solar PV, 59.2 MW turbin angin, 50 MWh BESS, dan impor listrik sebesar 26,566.59 MWh panas bumi dari grid (per tahun). Skenario non-interkoneksi menjadi opsi dengan biaya yang lebih rendah, namun masih relatif tinggi terhadap tarif tenaga listrik yang ada di Indonesia.

West Manggarai is a multi-island regency in east Indonesia. The existing electricity system is still dominated by fossil based-power systems. The aim of the study is to design 100% Hybrid Renewable Energy System of Solar PV, wind, geothermal, and BESS. The electricity demand covers residential, commercial, desalination, and electric vehicle. Optimization is conducted by using HOMER software with the objective function to obtain the lowest Net Present Cost (NPC) in 2025 with and without an interconnection scenario among the three main islands. The result of hybrid system for the nointerconnection scenario has the lowest NPC of 282,644,479.06 USD with 39.93 MW Solar PV, 56 MW Wind power, 28.3 MWh BESS, 29,194,37MWh of of net import from geothermal grid and also 14.02 MW inverter. The interconnection scenario has a higher NPC of 299,770,404 USD with 29.35 MW Solar PV, 59.2 MW Wind power, 50 MWh BESS, 26,566.59 MWh geothermal grid net (yearly), and also 35 MW inverter. No Interconnection scenario prived lower cost, but the tariff is still higher than the existing regulated electricity tariff in Indonesia."

"A global demand for energy has forced many countries to search for alternative and renewable energy. An anticipated effect of the development of renewable is an increase in employment as part of new green jobs creation, a major benefit for Indonesia to cope with its high unemployment rate. This paper describes the impact of renewable energy development on the jobs creation in Indonesia. First, we identify current government policies relative to renewable energy. Second, this paper describes the definition of green jobs and what type of jobs might be created due to development of renewable energy. Third, companies in Indonesia currently operating in the renewable energy sector are analyzed for their potential growth. Research is based solely on secondary data analysis. Information publicly available from the government/ministry website was used to examine policies concerning renewable energy. Related journals and articles were used to explore plans for the creation of green jobs, and a database search was conducted to identify companies currently operating in the renewable energy sector. The Kammen et al. (2004) study of Jobs per Megawatt of Capacity identified that the renewable energy installed capacity in 2007 created approximately 14,000 jobs in Indonesia. The potential capacity of renewable energy will create 70,000-190,000 jobs in Indonesia."
