"Model bisnis Perpustakaan Universitas ABC saat ini tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna atau civitas akademika Universitas ABC dengan kecepatan pertumbuhan dan disrupsi teknologi di sektor pendidikan serta krisis akibat pandemi Covid-19, dan perubahan perilaku pengguna. Studi ini berfokus pada penanganan satu situasi bahwa model bisnis perpustakaan ABC pada saat penelitian tidak cukup adaptif terhadap lingkungan yang disrupsi dan digital saat ini. Lantas, model bisnis apa yang tepat bagi Perpustakaan Universitas ABC untuk adaptif dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna internal universitas? Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, analisis dokumen, dan wawancara. Model penelitian dilakukan dengan evaluasi lingkungan bisnis dan evaluasi SWOT kanvas model bisnis. Hasilnya, dibuatlah proposal model bisnis baru untuk ABC University Library dengan konsep perpustakaan hibrida, yaitu perpustakaan yang menyelaraskan koleksi elektronik dan cetak secara berdampingan, serta menyediakan layanan yang mengintegrasikan perpustakaan tradisional dengan perpustakaan berbasis digital, dan bahkan berpeluang dalam melayani tidak saja civitas akademika Universitas ABC tetapi juga pihak eksternal atau para mitra Universitas ABC individual atau organisasi dalam memanfaatkan Perpustakaan Universitas ABC.

The current ABC University Library business model does not match the needs of users or academic community of ABC University with the speed of technology growth and disruption in the education sector as well as the crisis due to Covid-19 pandemic, and changes in users’ behavior. The study focuses on handling one situation that the ABC library business model at the time of the research was insufficiently adaptive to the current disruptive and digitized environment. This research was conducted using a qualitative case study method, with data collection by observation, document analysis, and interviews. The research model is carried out by evaluating the business environment and SWOT evaluation of the business model canvas. As a result, a new business model proposal was made for the ABC University Library with the concept of a hybrid library, namely a library that harmonizes electronic and printed collections side by side and provides services that integrate traditional libraries with digital-based libraries and even can serve not only the ABC University academic community but also the upper management. as well as external parties or individuals or organizational partners."
