"Kondisi lingkungan pekerjaan yang saling mendukung secara sosial dan tekanan kerja yang mengakibatkan stres kerja adalah dua kondisi yang lazim dialami oleh individu karyawan swasta yang lebih dinamis, temuan dari penelitian sebelumnya menemukan dampaknya pada keinginan untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan dan tingkat kesejahteraan kerja. Penelitian saat ini mencoba melakukan integrasi dengan peran faktor adaptabilitas dalam karier dalam menjelaskan hubungan yang dan melihat bagaimana persepsi yang muncul pada karyawan yang bekerja pada sektor swasta. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan dalam menganalisis peran mediasi adaptabilitas individu dalam karier untuk dalam pengaruh dukungan sosial dalam pekerjaan dan stres kerja ada intensi untuk melakukan dan kesejahteraan kerja karyawan. Metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan dalam analisis data pada 289 karyawan swasta. Pada hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa kondisi dukungan sosial dalam lingkungan kerja yang diterima oleh Individu dapat menambah kemampuan adaptabilitas dalam karier yang sebaliknya stres kerja dapat menurunkan kemampuan dalam adaptabilitas karier, kedua hal ini dapat berdampak pada keinginan untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan dan tingkat kesejahteraan kerja karyawan. Penelitian saat ini tidak dapat membuktikan peningkatan kemampuan adaptabilitas karier karyawan dapat menurunkan keinginan untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan melalui mediasi kesejahteraan kerja.

Socially supportive working conditions and high pressure that results in work stress are commonly experienced by private employees with dynamic environment, previous research has found the impact on the level of turnover intention and work satisfaction. This study tries to integrate the perceptions of career adaptability in explaining these relationship among employees who work in the private sector. This study aims to analyze the mediating role of individual adaptability in careers for the influence of social support at work and work stress there is an intention to make turnover and employee welfare. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method was used in the collected data of 289 private employees. The results showed that the condition of work social support received by individuals can increase career adaptability, whereas work stress can reduce the ability in career adaptability, both have an impact on the level of turnover intention and work satisfaction. However, current findings found that work satisfaction does not mediate the career adaptability-turnover intention relationship."
