"ABSTRAKDewasa ini penyelenggaraan transmigrasi dilakukan dengan penataan wilayahmelalui program Kota Terpadu Mandiri (KTM). KTM diharapkan mampumembentuk pusat pertumbuhan ekonomi baru kurang dari 15 tahun. Dalampelaksanaannya, perkembangan beberapa KTM tidak sesuai dengan yangdiharapkan sehingga mengalami keterlambatan dalam mencapai tahapannya.Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor- faktor yang menyebabkan keterlambatanmenggunakan software structural equation modelling. Beberapa faktor dominanyang berpengaruh dalam kinerja KTM adalah peran pemerintah daerah, peranmasyarakat dan swasta, kelembagaan ekonomi, perkembangan pertanian, sertasarana dan prasarana perkotaan. Dengan diketahuinya faktor dominan diharapkandapat digunakan untuk menyusun strategi yang tepat untuk mengurangi terjadinyadeviasi dalam tahap perkembangan KTM.

ABSTRACTToday the organization of transmigration is done by structuring the region throughthe Integrated City program Mandiri (KTM). KTM is expected to form a neweconomic growth center is less than 15 years. In practice, the development ofsome of the KTM is not as expected so experienced delays in reaching its stages.This study identifies the factors that cause delays using structural equationmodeling software. Some of the dominant factors that affect the performance ofKTM is the role of local governments, the role of public and private, institutionaleconomics, agricultural development, as well as city infrastructure. Bank yang tidak mengadopsi E-Banking Loan to Assets Ratio berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap ROA dan NIM kecuali ROE, pada bank yang mengadopsi E-Banking ROA, ROE, dan NIM tidak signifkan. Bank yang tidak mengadopsi E-Banking Market Share berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap ROA, ROE, dan NIM, sedangkan bank yang mengadopsi E-Banking ROA dan ROE signifikan kecuali NIM.

This thesis analyzes the influence of Deposits to Assets Ratio, Loan to Assets Ratio and Market Share on profitability of banks that do not adopt and adopt electronic banking. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence Deposits to Assets Ratio, Loan to Assets Ratio and Market Share in banks that do not adopt and adopt electronic banking to increase the profitability of the company. The usefulness of this study was to see whether the bank has been able to effectively develop its electronic banking services to improve the company's profitability objectives. In this study, the method used panel data to estimate random effect.

Results of research that has been done using Eviews application, for banks that do not adopt electronic banking research showed that on banks that do not adopt the E-Banking, Deposits to Assets Ratio does not significantly affect the ROA and ROE except NIM, the bank that adopted the E-Banking ROE and NIM results found insignificant except ROA. On banks that do not adopt the E-Banking Loan to Assets Ratio significantly affect ROA and NIM except ROE, the bank adopted the E-Banking ROA, ROE, and NIM was not signifkan. On banks that do not adopt the E-Banking Market Share significant effect on ROA, ROE, and NIM, while the banks are adopting E-Banking ROA and ROE are significant except NIM."

"The book offers a radical departure from the conventional wisdom of economists and economic historians by showing that factor markets and the economies dominated by them, the market economies, are not modern, but existed at various times in the past. They are not always rising, but after some time they stagnate and decline again. They are not uniform, but consist of very different combinations of institutions embedded in very different societies. They create flexibility and high mobility in the exchange of land, labour, and capital, and initially they generate economic growth, although they also build on the growth already generated by these societies in the previous period using other exchange and allocation systems. The dynamism that results from the rise of factor markets leads to the rise of new market elites who accumulate land and capital and use wage labour extensively to make their wealth profitable. In the long run this creates social polarization and a decline of average welfare. As these new elites gradually translate their economic wealth into political leverage, it also creates institutional sclerosis, and makes these markets stagnate or decline again. This process is analysed for the three major, pre-industrial examples of successful market economies in western Eurasia: Iraq in the early Middle Ages, Italy in the high Middle Ages, and the Low Countries in the late Middle Ages and the early modern period, and more succinctly for England and the United States in the modern period."
